    Good location, clean room n bathroom and good facilities. Should go for it.

    5 minutes by foot to the Octoberfest place

    Good location, near the metro station Goetheplatz, near to many restaurants, including McDonalds. Other distances from here - 20 minutes by foot to city center, 5 minutes - to Octoberfest place. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was spacious and clean, with bathroom inside. But internet (wi-fi) connection here is very average.

    OK to stay if you are solo traveler. Towel on rent available, you need to borrow kitchen appliances from reception, no soap was there in washroom, go to reception for that again. No early check-in allowed.
