A very good experience. Excellent location just a minute’s walk from the famous Nanjing Street. 5 minutes away from Nanjing East Metro Station and 10 minutes walk to the Bund! Service was excellent. Lots of restaurants and food options nearby. Staff spoke good English . Room was very spacious and good. We will be back!

It's OK location is GOOD english is a bit problem otherwise it's OK we always prefer to stay there service is good and food is good too. Nothing much to write 4 now, the reception staff should be more friendly and accomodative towards the guest. Also the check out time should be extended a bit.
