Review Of Tashi Namgay Resort

Stayed for two night, food was ok but room and service was awesome.

The Resort is at a very beautiful location. Its very well maintained and has a very good scenic view. Very close to the international Airport

Nice people and quick room service and yummy food.

Food was excellent. Behavior of reception staff was rude and curt. Bathroom fittings and bath tub were old and muddy. Room and bathroom lighting was just bad and dark. It needs rework.

Our stay at Tashi Namgay was great. The Resort is huge and has many elements which kept us occupied throughout day. Central heating in room was added perk in negative temperature outside. The Resort location beside River is outstanding. PS: they have a brewery also adjacent to Resort which is must visit for beer.

If you are planning to stay at Paro. one should stay at Tashi Namgay Resort. I think this one of the located resort at Paro, with marvelous view, excellent service, courteous staff. I had a very nice experience during my stay. Will definitely visit again.

This resort has ideal location. Felt in love with it. Rooms are excellent but bath room need checking of fixtures.

Beautiful resort next to the river and 4 kms away from Paro town. Courteous staff and spacious rooms. Buffet spread was good and taste was decent. (can be less oily though)

Nice hotel, nicely located, bit far from main town but does not make any difference, staff is very nice and cooperative, clean big rooms, breakfast is not all that great, do not include dinner in package, a-la-carte is better option. One of the best hotel in Paro. Would rate 9/10.

This hotel nestled on the bank of river Pacho, make me remembered my childhood dream stay at Pahalgaon on the river leader. Really amazing location.

The hotel was very beautiful. We asked for River facing room, got the cottage which was River facing, but the rooms were pretty dark surrounded by trees (so River is not visible from room). I think rooms lighting could be better.

The hotel has the most beautiful view and it is great property.

We stayed in Tashi Namgay for a night, and were supposed to catch a flight early next day. We had booked three rooms one month in advance. At the time of check-in I was told that they were unable to allocate the rooms in the same wing/lobby. To make matters worse, all the rooms were allocated in different corners of the Resort. Making intercom work in the room was also a real hustle. All of this made communicating with each other quite challenging. The place also lacks accessibility options, which was surprising as each of the rooms were either a flight of stairs up/down from the reception. It badly needs elevators, or inclines and wheelchair support. Other than that the staff was generically nice. The food was good. Proximity to Airport makes it perfect for folks who are visiting Paro just to catch a flight.

Very good considering the budget and best in location

This is a very good Resort. Excellent infrastructure. It's located right opposite the Paro Airport. The rooms are very nice with excellent heating facilities. The service is also very good. Some minus points We found the dinner just ok Lots of steps as the Resort is located on a hill If you want to have food outside you need to have a vehicle.
