Staying at Taj Taj Palace, New Delhi is experiential. The best experience comes not from managers but the last mile delivery resources. I had amazing experience with house keeping staff who noticed my preferences / choices through observation and exceeded expectations without asking for it. I would like to thank and mention Mr Jagat the housekeeping staff for excellent service and hospitality. May be servers at Club need to be more sensitive. Overall it was a wow experience as always at Taj.

My stay at the Taj Palace was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. It was a pleasant stay. And had a wonderful memories. The best thing is that they really honour MMT refers guests. Food was excellent. And al other amenities was well managed. Easy in check in. Staff was very cordial. I liked very much specially the way they welcomed me.

Very comfortable stay, breakfast is definitely delicious the staff is also very caring, Although I stayed only for one night, if you want to enjoy the hospitality of Taj then you must stay for at least two-three days.
