it is not like the picture shown by the owner it smell disgusting the amenities not working ac and water heaters are totally not working worst room service they arent even changing the bed cover they are using the same bed cover you can see the stains in bed worst room in cochi

No breakfast, bathroom door was broken. Not at all satisfactory. Will not recommend this to anyone.

I paid extra 100 rupees and i didn't get breakfast there in your makemytrip app their is food included for my payment but u didn't give me breakfast and i paid extra 100 rupees also

Very bad. This is not acceptable any more. They are rude to the customers. They are not accepting the booking and they said theres no booking for me, and this is basically they are not interested with makemytrip offer.

I didn't stay at the hotel when i got a discount from make my trip i booked the and at time ok check in the receptionist told me that they won't allow me to stay at the hotel @ the offer price, i spoke with your support team and they did refund. I total satisfied with make my trip support and all, but the hotel was too horrible

The customer service were so bad and the room were charged more than we paid the asked for extra money and disturbs us so much in the late night rooms we’re also unhygienic

i have booked this hotel. we reached there at 12 am night after 7 hours drive. inbetween we called to property and confirmed booking. when we reached there, they denied checkin and asked more money to allow check in.even same issue were facing some couples came from karnataka. they did not allow checkin so we left from there and taken room in another good hotel. this property is at outskirts of kakkanad and the staff behavoiur also very rude. Better take some other good hotel

Hotel denied checkin n we spend our whole night in car. Defiantly not the issue with hotel n all credits goes to makemytrip

Don't book this hotel by seeing the low price. When you reach there they will ask for extra 3x of the original price you paid. They will say they can't provide the room for price. The location is very remotely situated and reaching there is very difficult. I have booked different hotels. I never had this type of incident before.

The rooms are not well maintained and the housekeeping is so poor . Bedsheets are not cleaned and they re use the same without washing after one use

When i went to hotel, the hotelier was very rude and denied my checking saying they are not taking any booking from make my trip. Never book this hotel. The area which the hotel situated is also very terrible.

An additional amount was asked to pay at the hotel. When said no they refuse to give the rooms at the online booked rates. Additional gst amount of 12% of total booking charge was also asked to pay at hotel. It was terrible experience when reached the hotel at night with family.

Overall stay was good and comfortable, front office staffs were so friendly and cooperative. Location was nice to stay. However, minimal renewation needed to upgrade for stay.
