Sukham Raasa River Resort & Spa by Lawrence Hotels

Denied for check in. Manager informed that there is no contract between mmt and resort. After 90 min argument they allowed for check in. Food was below average.

Make my trip should tag this place as no network zone. And their wifi is also not working properly. Very very low speed. My stay was good and food was also good but only problem was network

A day of paid torture! don't get by by their listed services you will find hardly any service other than a room to sleep. They are managing entire resort rather say 'lodge' by single set of staff during 24 hours who are always overburdend, so services are damn slow! you can say management is exploiting it's staff. For every request you need to walk to reception as there is no-network their wifi doesn't work and intercom are dead. Staff are good but very less in number as compared to number of rooms and are overburdend. Their dishes are overpriced, 850- for single portion of non-veg. Their dinner/breakfast inclusive rate are cheat as they will won't serve breakfast in time so you might need to leave without breakfast and their buffet dinner contains lowest possible number of dishes. (1 dal 1 mix veg and 1 paneer, and 'no' non-veg) suggestion is to avoid booking dinner/breakfast inclusive rate. At our visit their md arrived and all staff started serving md instead of hotel guests. No toiletries provided in bathroom. Overall horrible stay. I am requesting to refund my money as they have mentioned wrong listing of services instead of refusal will proceed with complaint to government regulatory.

The rooms are extremely unhygienic, the service is bad. The linens were extremely dirty. We had to keep requesting them to change it, staffs were sulking almost all the time we asked for something. The management i must say is extremely poor. Not at all worth the money. The staffs literally force you or beg you for 5 star ratings. Please don't give into it. The only plus point is the location, it is beautiful. But not worth the money. The stay was very uncomfortable. Food prices were also extremely high.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Loved the stay, the vibe and weather was oozing the river connecting gives such a positive feel and connection with the nature far away from the chaos made my stay worth every penny the best till date highly recommended

One of best trip of my life, property is located in a serene and picturesque location with stunnig views of the river & mountains, we enjoyed the natural beauty, surroundings & peaceful environment. The locations is bezt for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of he city.

The property location was amazing. And the staff was coopertive. One more thing the food was so delicious. The rooms were very clean and garden along the resort make it unique than other resorts. I hope i get a chance to visit this resort again.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pooli is just new and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and i like it a lot.

We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 2. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and i like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the reception staff very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request. My girl friend and i was very happy and pleased with one day stay. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!

Very peaceful area on the bank of ganga ji we enjoyed a lot all staff is very polite and caring food is excellent no complaints chef sunil even takes care of guests personally we stayed for four days without going to city it passed how we don’t know stay was unforgettable

Sukham Raasa River Resort is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco friendly cottages with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who were very pleasent. As a whole we had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again. Thank you team Sukham Raasa.

We even did not check in due to extreme bad resort. No cleanliness at all. Tea bags were lying open in the room. Dirty bedsheets. Fresh cups were dirty and some oil was there on them. Smell of gas was coming in the entire hotel. Even it was under construction. We left the hotel without check in and still they are not refunding the money. Please don’t book this property as this is not at all as per the photographs. Their restaurant and reception area is also same and you will not able to eat even a single item at their resort.
