Poor Stay

I checked in the hotel on 18.08.2025 and I had already paid for 4 night stay and was scheduled for check out on 22.08.2025. However due some emergency due to surgery of a close relation, we had to cut short our visit and checked out on 19.08.2025 at about 10 am. I requested the hotel for cancellation of booking for balance 3 days. The hotel informed that since booking was made online , they can't do any thing and I should approach for the same.I therefore informed Customer Care and they informed that they will look into the matter and revert back in 24 to 48 hours. Still awaiting the response and refund for cancellation of 3 days booking due to emergent situation.

Stay was good but not value for money, I paid 4,000 for a night which includes nothing but the small room, bad ac , uncomfortable matress. The staff and services are good . I went in non season so I get car parking also in the hotel . The usp is the food of the hotel . Lake side inn cafe which you can enjoy without staying in the hotel too.

Extremely Disappointed with My Stay I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room I was given was extremely small, poorly maintained, and had a bad smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. To make things worse, the price I paid was way too high for the tiny, low-quality room I received. I booked this hotel but later found out that most for their kitchen/restaurant and not for the rooms. unfair to guests who book thinking they are getting quality accommodation. Overall, I feel overcharged and completely dissatisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent room.

we went to this property to stay a day. The food was awesome, we had paranthas, sandwiches, pasta , kashmiri tea, coffee etc. Even when we got late for dinner time(11pm), the manager took care of the last order for us. Rooms are clean with all the given facilities and scenic beauty of Naini Lake view. But the rooms were small. Service is good with a parking area for cars too. We liked the stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at lake side inn. Staff were courteous and food was delicious. Location of the hotel is so good that it just was cherry on the cake. I had a great experience, everything was right there in the vicinity of the hotel. Would definitely return to this superb place with friends and family for sure and now this has become my go to place.
