It was best hotel to stay. Service was good. Amenities are good. Staff is very humble and supportive.

The location is awkward. No one was at a reception. The room was not clean even it was too dusty. Bedsheet and blanket are too not washable, dirty and yellowish. The fridge was not working. Totally room was horrible. The intercom was disabled. The lift was closed. The bathroom was not safe for privacy. The TV was not working. Once we complained about TV, they did something and after that we had know that they have expired their tata sky connection also. Towels were used in complementary breakfast they gave only 2 cups of tea and Alu paratha and Poha. Aloo paratha was good we can say. All the things were totally expected. The worst stay ever in Udaipur with Oyo Not value for money Before the day I went to Oyo fragrance I stayed in Ananta but I didn't have much time next day so I booked Oyo for a few hours for rest only but blame it was the worst experience ever. I suggest everyone not to even stay half an hour with oyo.

I have booked a room and paid the full amount to MMT but the owner of the hotel said that MMT paid us less so you need to check out the hotel. We checked hotel by early morning paying and then when was our actual check-in time they check out us. Terrible service.

Pathetic service. We only had access to breakfast and there was nothing to eat all day. Here was no variety in breakfast as well. The drainage system was very bad. According to our experience we would suggest that please don't visit this Hotel.

Very bad experience. No proper facility is there in the hotel. Lift is not working. Overall very poor. How can be it good hotel. As full payment was made in the beginning, I had no option, otherwise I could have not stayed even for a hour.

Although hotel situated in old city it is approachable. Food and service was average.

No parking facility, no hospitality, no cooperation from staff, no food, no tea, no milk, mosquito all around room, no mosquito repellent coil or machine, bathroom stinking with dirt, small washroom, no hot water, couldn't even take a bath, no privacy adjacent room sound disturb you whole night. Worst ever experienced, they treat us like a hell.

No room service. Noisy air-conditioner, can't sleep and TV not working. Terrible breakfast on terrace. No towels available as per member. Kettles in very dirty condition. No tea bags and sugar available. Nothing proactive. You have to wait for half an hour after what ever you request. No cold water available. TV not working properly. We must say it's a guest house. Parking not available.

Drainage of water in the bathroom was poor. Need to work on that. Otherwise the room was awesome.
