Drinking Water insufficient provided in rooms

Hotel Rooms are ok, but drinking water provided in room is only 1 Ltr. And extra water charged at 3 times of mrp which is against government policy.

Thank you Sir, you stayed in our hotel. If 2 people stay in one room, then we provide 2 bottles of 500 ml. If the stay is for 2 days, then on the second day we provide room service and keep 2 more bottles. Next time we will improve it.

familyThe hotel service is good but the basic ameneties provided by the hotel are below average. For ex there is not even a basic handwash in the bathroom. The wardrobes dont have shelves. The bathrooms were not well maintained. There was not no hook or anything to hang the clothes in the bathroom or in the room. Overall the stay did not provide comfort which a basic hotel should. We are not even expecting luxurious amenites, basic things were not even provided.
