I recently stayed at Hotel Narayan Leela Inn. I want to appreciate the good job and excellent behavior of Lalit. He was very helpful, polite, and provided great service throughout my stay. Employees like him make the guest experience better. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and service of Ghanshyam (Manager). His communication was rude and uncooperative, which affected the overall hospitality of the Narayans Leela In By SGOH. Management should definitely improve service quality and guest handling. If the Narayans Leela In By SGOH focuses on better guest service and staff training at the management level, it can be a much better place to stay.

Comfortable Stay with Clean Rooms and Convenient Access

The Narayans Leela In By SGOH was really nice with spacious rooms and a clean toilet. The location is convenient, just about 200 meters from the famous JMB sweet shop in Udaipur. However, it’s a bit far from Lake Pichola, so you’ll need to take an auto to visit most of the popular attractions. On the plus side, the railway station is close by, within 2 km, making it easy to reach. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this Narayans Leela In By SGOH. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The service was quick and everything was well maintained. Highly recommended!

Room was nice, also the food was good. They were kind enough to keep our bags even after we checked out. The staff were also nice and sweet. Hotel was near the famous spots so made it easier to travel.
