😀 Good location, average breakfast, very co operative front office staff, spacious room. 😞 Lifts were not working, some or other problems or maintenance all the time.

Everyone was welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. the room given to me was not good where the bed pillow quilt was dirty and soiled they have changed the room in that room AC was not working again they changes room where the AC water is leaking to the bed itself it was horrible experience throughout the day and for 2 hrs i was changing my room i was hungry and ordered food but not able to eat due to room availability

The hotel facilities do not match the cost.. some basic facilities like handwash was not provided. The booking was for 3 people but the coffe and sugar sachets were only kept for 2. The washroom was not well designed. The structure os very old

Poorly maintained hotel, AC was not cooling properly, Bathroom fittings were loose, Bathroom had foul smell and poor ventilation. Food ordered from restaurant was of average taste.

1. In the first room i got a/c was not working, i was given another room but after 12 midnight a/c in this room also stopped working. 2. No hot water in the bathroom 3. The tv in the room is not able to watch even one channel

Nice stay. I came very late to chenin around 11:30pm and still found the process smoother. Kind staff. Breakfast was decent. Got good sleep.

Property location is the best part of this hotel. Service is a disaster. Mostly untrained interns in the f&b section who doesn't even know how to serve food. Very pathetic service
