For the money they charged, I’m not impressed. Not value for money. Service was average. Room was passable. Towels have seen years of abuse. Food was good. No restaurants near by except in house one. You have to take an auto.

Lovely and Feasible Sta
The hotel ambience was good, rooms were very spacious and the staff were attentive and prompt in accommodating our requests. We were fortunate to have the Onam Sadya which was tasty and sumptuous. The breakfast buffet also was good. We had a good stay and would recommend this hotel for sure.

Scope to improve
convenient location, amble space for parking, big rooms. All white tiles giving class look. But, there is cope to improve cleanliness, in bathroom. During last 2 years, many times informed this issue. Bathroom floor level side tiles not kept clean in all rooms.

Staff were very courteous . However the rooms are rundown . The executive room we got did not have any separation between wet and dry areas and so we asked for alternate rooms which I must say they readily agreed to

The property was reasonably good but the location is poor. Cleanliness of the rooms were poor and I experienced some bedbugs also. The food was average. The front desk staff was very good and helpful.

Location, reception staff, cleanliness factors excellent. Zero ventilation in bathroom. Inlieu of soaps they provide soap solution only and they were found empty. Housekeeping do not refill. Otherwise ok. Good place for vacation stay.

The hotel is situated in a prime location at walkable distance from Rly station, KSRTC bus station and a pvt bus stand. The room was very spacious and staff very cordial. Food was delicious and breakfast spread is excellent with good ambience

Worth the money
The rooms are worth a stay and comfortable. Service is good just one thing which can be better is basic communication The mini bar menu was missing in my room and a few nuts and chocolate seemed like complimentary which I ended up paying at the end.
