Room was clean and decent and hygienic The room was hygienic and clean, and the maintenance is good, and the water availability is nice, but only concern. The air conditioner is not working properly, and the atmosphere is so pleasant.

Once you stay there, you will understand that all the reviews available in 'make my trip', grading this accommodation as a good hotel are all manipulated. I shall detail what I experienced during my stay : 1. you have to park your car along road side totally unsafe and without any watch and ward. In a place where your car parked overnight may disappear and within hours brought down to scrap, you cannot sleep peacefully in room. If next day morning when you wake up, if you see that your car has disappeared, your whole travel plan will get ruined. I checked whether my car is safe three times in the odd hours of the night... therefore my sleep was totally disrupted. 2. Tea kettle is there in the room, but it was dead. I had to walk down to next street to have a cup of tea and get a parcel tea for my better half. Since it was a Sunday, the adjacent tiffin shop and tea shops were closed. If the kettle in room was working, there was no need to go out in search of a tea shop 3. the carpet put outside bathroom door wasfully wet that water was clogging in the area. I even slipped and was about to fall once while getting out of bathroom.. 4. The most vital thing is that there was no one available in the reception during mh entire stay. When I contacted the property representative, he gave me mobile number of a peraon whom I contacted and he gave me the room kay and a cars to open door lock. while vacating the room, I called him many times, there was no response. Atlast I again conracted the company representative, who requested me to leave the keys and thw card in the receprion counter drawer and proceed. overall, the stay was not comfortable. therefore I would give only a 1 our of 5 for my stay in Zolo Enstein from 7/6/2025 to 8/6/2025.
