Maintenance of room should b better.They should provide clean n fresh bed sheets.

it is an average, they had only two types of rooms Ac and non AC. there is No such delux category room withYWCA. room show while booking is completely different.....then one provided...a corner shaped small and cultered room given....coz i am solo. amenities...like mineral water only one bottle a day.....extra is chargeable. tea kettle was placed ...but sugar and coffee sachets...only for single time use....seems . In house food is Good.

Hello MMT Team, I had raised concern by contacting your customer excutive also. It was very terrible stay. I will never use MMT next time. I did not get any feedback from your side till date.

Pathetic hotel not worth for money . It’s very bungalow there is no proper service. It’s look like government college hostel. There is no food available after 9.30 in the morning they asking us to book it in swigy

Worst room and worst staff. Manager give me room without AC after complaints he offered me other room, but he want extras charges from me.

The guest house offers a cozy and comfy stay for all kinds of travellers. The property is lush green right next to the Egmore metro station. One can take a metro from airport. The meals offered are great. The guest house gives a vintage vibes and felt quite safe.

Staff was sluggish, building was old. Breakfast was decent. Overall decent as per tarriff.

Since 2017, I have been a customer of this place. In 2025, I stayed for one day in Room 119, and to my surprise, the place had become both more expensive and run-down. The ceiling was falling apart, with debris scattered on the floor and inside the commode. The kettle was dirty, and no cups were provided. Telephone’s not working. The hospitality and service were poor to an unimaginable level. This is not the YWCA I once knew and stayed in. It’s sad to see its decline.

The front desk & cafeteria are very good. But room quality is very poor. Bath rooms are not up to the mark. Curtains are pathetic & musty. On the whole rooms need drastic makeover & maintenance.

I liked the central location of the property, the ambiance of the location and the ample parking facilities. however the rooms needs some uplift to fix things broken, mould and damp doors in the bathroom, old towels, not so soft mattress, and broken switches in the room. I generally like the YWCA locations and the management but this one needs a serious uplift and maintenance

I always try to book YWCA for my trip to Chennai because of its reliability and ease of access. I have enjoyed my stay and the food every single time 😊

There is no maintenance in the property. That’s why we didn’t stay on our second bookings. We are repeated guests in this property for many years. Now we have to change to other hotel because of non maintenance of the property. I hope to stay in the property next time.

amazing stay as always. food is extremely good. location is in the heart of the city. all major landmarks close by. service is excellent.
