That Hotel Manager Not Allowed Make My Trip Online Booking please conform the hotel manager after Update the Amount

Scam!!! total scam When I booked the room online it showed the booking was successful but when I reached the hotel they denied they are online and when I showed them they said talk to higher management and they are no longer under oyo. I tried calling through number provided in make my trip and they are not picking the phone. They did not accept online payment. If they do not provide online booking then why is it still showing in app. How can a customer know if you are shifted to offline they only see your hotel online in make my trip and book from that 🤷 right A total scumy move and their hotel name should be removed from make my trip.
