The guy at the reception was not professional and trying to get more money out of us without any good reason and was also not polite. Not a good experience at all

The stay was so bad we changed three room ..in or 1st room the washroom's ceiling was dripping..in 2nd room there was no water in the kamod in the third washroom the ac was soo slow that we were sweating both days and they have nothing to do about that .and they called me few times about how I get these room. ..they were questioning again and again about what type of booking and all .I felt there two days..worst stay of my life

Pros- - Good infrastructure, considering the price. - Food was great - Very good staff behaviour, they were quite helpful. Cons- - AC was not cooling on the 1st day however, I shifted to another room where it working well. - Public transport is distant from the location. - Commode was not cleaned properly.

I recently stayed at hotel orange, and overall, my experience with the hotel service was up to date and satisfactory.

Room food and hotal management is very good dealings

The toilet is not working properly and in morning i ordered for breakfast at 8:00 o'clock and i got my order at 9:05 and after thrice i called then they gave me and when i started to eat i was socked its not warmed. No

Finishing of hotel rooms is poor. Room furniture is shabby. Gaps in the furniture are plugged with cloth! housekeeping services are very poor. Very poor responce for any requirement - e. G. Bath towel. For canteen services, staff is very adamant. No flexibility. Hot water is poor. Hot water is less than warm water even after leaving water supply for 15 min. *overall i dont recommend this hotel even for stay for a day. Cleaning of floor is very poor. Foot impressions due to wet dust are seen in the washroom after entry.

Though the hotel is located at a very good place staff need to be polished the ambiance is good food is good property need care . means required small small maintenance time to time.

Location is in industrial area you will not find transportation from hear even the staff doesn't know anything food was nice,

Except staff rest other was really pathetic, intercom not working, wifi not working, hot water not working they will provide you heating rod, you need to heat water for your shower, flush work only once a day after rectification
