No welcome drink was provided by the hotel whereas it was mentioned in the booking that it will be provided. Similarly no afternoon tea with cookies was provided however it was mentioned in the booking that it will be provided. Either it is the issue with hotel or with the MMT but ultimately the guest suffered.

Hotel i square is nicely situated adjacent to a mall at baddi hp having 79 rooms. Staff members are quite courteous. Clean rooms and good ambience. Food is quite tasty and hygiene is maintained.
