Review Of Apex Hotel

Staff behavior is very good, Specially Reception staff Rajeshwar and Deepanshu are very humble and polite. rest is also very supportive. Food is delicious.

Hotel receptionist not have manners to speak, hotel offer poor condition room to us, i never want to stay at this hotel again

Location was far away from main Baddi Industrial hub, rooms were ok but doors lock were damaged and in bad conditions that you might face locking room from inside. Food was average, quality of rice was not so good. Overall a average hotel to stay, but away from main industrial hub.

Washroom was not cleaned even door was breakdown furniture was also not cleaned. Overall bad experience

Was not a good experience at all, neither in terms of service nor room rent nor in terms of menu introduction, there was nothing good. It was a very dirty experience.

Its looking like food ready at morning and serving same whole day and evening also. Food quantity not good other service is good, staff behaviour is good.

Rooms are good but food variety very limited but still enjoyed having potato chips and coffee. Needs more customer friendly service. Overall not so bad and not so good.

Late night ac and lift became non operational. No intercom was provided. Only one available staff was not in position to help and told that everything will be normal in morning. No food choice given, food serve of their choice.

Had business meeting, good stay. Found cooperative staff. However hotel was old but quite peaceful.

Given the price tag hotel was average or we can say slightly leaning towards good category. As the title says overall experience was good. Didn't get the chance to have food at the restaurant but menu pricing was ok, not too costly i would say.

Cleanliness of room was ok, but wallpaper was torn from many areas, electrical switches we're broken, all lights on/off from single switch, remote was not working from bed, need to move close to the tv to operate tea was very good, dinner was ok. Bed sheets were also not cleaned properly overall nice stay

Comfortable beds, nice room condition, bathroom was not maintained but according to price it was nice. Room service was good but food was not that good

It was good but could be the best if there would have been more facilities and hygienic as that was. According to the price the facilities were not there and about the meal that was not good, i mean the taste was different, i didn't like that.

Cleanliness is not up to the mark (Specially in the Bathroom),Seems like they have not changed the linen in the room , Placed the used linen (Duvet & Bed-sheet) in the room. There were Phone extension in the room if somebody wants to place an order then he/she has to go down in the reception area to inform them. Seepage in the room.
