My stay at Wisteria. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. Some issues I faced included: - Poor security and locking system (balcony door couldn't be locked properly) - Inconsistent hot water supply - Dusty rooms On the positive side, the location was good and the climate was pleasant. The outer look of the property was fine, and the villas were cozy. For the price, I expected better facilities and security. Maybe they can work on these aspects to improve the guest experience.

The location and ambience is good, good restaurants are available nearby. There were no Air conditioners in the room as offered by the hotel in their basic facilities given in MMT webpage.

Excellent and well maintained...

Building looks good, but maintenance is not adequate. There were many areas in the wall with damp areas and greenish discoloration. No other amenities available for families site is near the kuttikkanam junction makes it convenient though. Over all its an over priced villa apartment

Wifi was not working. There is no restaurant attached to the property. Hence, we had to go out for food.

Excellent stay. ..no negative to say. ..location superb..i would like to 5star for service and neatness of room. ..front door staffs very co-operative. ..totally it was worth. .this is our second time visit. ..surely we visit again

No in-house restaurant. Overpriced and understaffed. The mosquitoes are a problem if you sit outside in the evening/night. The units do not have insect nets on the windows. So, you can't keep the windows open during the evening/night. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Staffs are keen to help. The room was clean and spacious. Got one floor has one bedroom, a living area, and a balcony. Food was delivered from an outside restaurant and was also good.

Stay is very good, room is well maintained and clean. It was a silent and pleasant stay. Staff is also very friendly. Stay is suitable for families. Garden area is also good. Overall good.

It is actually not of 5 star quality. Though the exterior looks are good, only 8 rooms are there. Normal rooms only. No restaurant. Food is served from nearby hotel. Food is horrible. Delivery time more than an hour. We had to check out immediately in 3 hours because of horrible food. Otherwise climate was good. Hotel staff were very polite. Road approach is good. But no swimming pool, no spa, no bar.

Property is very near to kuttikkanam junction, where you can find many restaurants, travel options, like cab, bus, autos etc. Food can be ordered at the property, and they will serve you at room, there is no extra service charge for it.

A great place to stay. Calm and serene. You can enjoy your vacation.

It's a care taker villa. No front office, very small restaurant room at first floor that too had to climb spiral steel staircase to reach there. Too much sunlight coming up in bed room through glass windows and thin curtains. Service of the caretaker was good. Not worthy for the high price charged for the room.

Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable place to stay in. Good food and responses. View from the villa is very nice and enjoyed a lot.

Overall good, nice location, nice service

The property was really good for family vacation. The location was easy to reach. I liked the room. It was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had food during my stay and it was god. Overall this property is value for money.

Nice place, clean and friendly staff

This is a new well furnished resort with 4 villas. All well furnished to premium quality. There are big glass windows to have good view of outside. There is private lawn for few villas. There is a separate living room with TV for each of the room in a villa. The construction is premium and rock masonry outside.

Food is excellent, but restaurant is too small

It was a nice stay with my colleague at Kuttikkanam. The property was ok. Room was good. They provided a good facility. It was a clean place.
