The experience was good. Very responsive and well behaved staff members.

They tricked us by saying they had a restaurant facility, and said they could buy food from outside, but charged us a separate service charge for it. Room service is very bad,

It is a quiet and beautiful location with awesome views. The speed breakers on the approach road are car breakers. The rooms shown in the web page photos are not allotted. We were given an ordinary room. That room was also good. No facilities for food - not even tea/coffee. No restaurants nearby.

Stay seemed good, but when entered into room it was completely wet and didn’t dry at all, we have wear sandals all time, and restroom, at worst, it was slippery and insects were all around, felt very uncomfortable. Their service was good but the stay was not at all comfortable, could have been more clean. Check the floor of room and restroom before checking in, if not ask for another room.

No breakfast or snack or tea provided , hotels are not nearby or accessible by walk, no mirror in the room to get ready, A frame rooms has one restroom only and not easy for 5 adults to use, one restroom, no much service

Food was good. But Television was not in good condition. Check-in took little longer. In morning room became very wet.

experience was really good...but you have to prebook your meals and limited food items are there...but the rooms and views are really good...staffs are nice and ready to help all the time...

No proper cleaning. There was a frog in bathroom and worms in room and bathroom too.

Crown valley thekkady was good and jmount was also equally good except the safety in vagamon

Location very long

Although the location was good, it was not suitable for a small family stay. There was no privacy available in the property.There were bachelors in the room right next door,the loud noise from their room made it impossible for us to sleep at night.
