I stayed at Winnies Resort recently in their so-called Premium Rooms, but honestly, they are not up to the mark. The rooms are located 2–3 floors downstairs with very inconvenient stairs, which are also not properly cleaned. There was a constant bad smell in the corridors, making the experience unpleasant. The WiFi connectivity was very poor and hardly usable during the stay. Food quality was also disappointing, with taste far below expectations for a resort of this category. Overall, the facilities and services did not match the “premium” tag they advertise.

Location food facility was good. How ever the cottage i rented with private pool had lots of deficiencies. No doorbell. Pool being on ground and bedroom on first floor. That was terrible. The bolt on bed room door was wrongly installed. Meaining one cant bolt the bedroom. No indicators for geyser and on switch board. Even the inshouse housekeeping wasnt aware of it. Had to resort to cold shower that was unacceptable. The pool though indoors had no warm water facility. And as inappropriately covered for privacy

The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff made sure we felt at home. our room offered panoramic views of the hills. Room service was prompt, housekeeping was thorough, and all our needs were taken care of without delay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kasauli!

The 2 days stay at Winnies Holiday Resort & Spa was superb. Its a big resort located perfectly between the Shimla highway and main kasauli city. Lot of activities are there in the resort itself that you will not get bored. Lot of different open sitting areas are there to enjoy the good view and weather. They also have lavish buffet, Hi-tea plus a gift shop from where you can shop also. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good quality :- excellent but indoor activity area too dirty with broken floor tiles and dirty tables and wi fi - no range till rooms , view :- balcony view excellent , swimming pool :- no safety guard

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect too. Can't recommend enough - will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Though property is quite large , but it’s not well maintained. Not good for family stay. It’s like a premium lodge . Swimming pool was very dirty , they were trying to charge for swim tubes. Dental kits were not present in the room , Geyser were poorly functioning - no hot water for bathing. Room service were very delayed - it took 45 minutes to bring baby milk , towels etc . Even the towels were quite dirty . Not good for family stay . Too costly for a lodge .

Poor property maintenance. Many insects and spiders in room. It’s exclamatory how this hotel have 4.2 stars in your app.

Beautiful stay and beautiful surrounding areas like pool terrace etc. Very tasty buffet Good staff Great cart services to carry guests and luggage. Must visit. Loved the experience

An average resort with 5 Star prices from rooms to food. No kids or outdoor area. Ongoing construction. Avoid.

serving stale food. had a stomach infection here. chose the most premium room. Refrigerator not working. Jacuzzi leaking. Fan wobbling. food was pathetic. very bad experience.

A perfect getaway for a family. Massive property, breath taking views, loads of activities. A haven for children and people who wish to escape the chocking city life.

“The hotel is an old property, but the prices are comparable to a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms are in need of renovation. The food quality was average, and to my surprise, I even found a mosquito in my French toast. Not the experience I expected for the price.”

Room number 311 had great view. Clean tidy. Good staff. Good food. Nice experience. Worth the price.
