The stay was comfortable and staff was polite and food quality was also good. Must visit this place.

Very humble staff, clean tents, must watch the traditional show.. The complimentary meals offered are homely..

For a price of over Rs 18000 per night per tent charged by the property for 25-26 th Dec ,The camp was very very average contrary to the reviews. Its location far behind Sam and the tents are small with very limited space.Almost no amenities are available in the tent not even a convection oil heater or even a n electric kettle. Each and everything is chargeable even the water bottles. Bed sheets, linen and quilts are not clean.All in all not a value for money deal at all. I guess far better properties are available for this price

Wonderful stay and hospitality. The manager dipendra was very helpful. They provide complimentary camel ride in the desert and the cultural activities were great. The food was tasty and good.

Good location away from the many other camps. Food was excellent. Enjoyed welcome drink, starters and dinner. I think the chai/coffee should be served before the camel safari and not afterwards. Breakfast had a good variety. Rooms and toilets were clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. The cultural program was authentic

The property is located close to seam dunes. Going by the name 'winds, it is closely located to many wind mills, one is standing adjacent to the property on west side. Tents and nice and spacious with clean bed linen and towels. They arranged us a jeep safari in the seam desert for 2500rs and a free camel ride, experience was amazing. We left around 4. 30pm for the desert and came back to property around 7pm. We were welcomed with fresh towels and tea/coffee. Cultural programme organised by the camps was the best part as it was nothing fancy and all organically executed. Dinner was good, we had chicken gravy with rice and soozi halwa. There were multiple veg options too. Had a amazing stay at the property. Will definitely visit again next year!

Stayed for 2 nights. Very good hospitality, service. Tents were clean, bathroom was flawless. Food spread was limited but good. They took good care of us.

It is one a kind stay in tents. Tents are spacious and very well maintained. The tents are located in the middle of dessert. Bathroom is big and clean. Food can be improved.

Review of winds desert camp overall a good stay in the camp run by hard working folks. Location - about 32km from jaisalmer (jsm) without any camps nearby. Quiet and relaxing. The google maps location is accurate. Taxis will charge around 1500 kms for a one way drop or offer to do a round trip for 2500, which will include a side trip to a deserted town of kuldhar (skippable. The camp itself is not close by to the dunes but on a sandy patch. The dunes are some distance away. Plan your arrival to between 3-4 pm. Before that - nothing much to do; and probably too hot as well (depending on the time of the year. Spend your time in jsm instead. Food - it was quite tasty. They accommodated our vegan food request with a smile. They also have many vegetarian choices as well. Range was quite fine - as you would expect in a desert camp. They might whip you up some custom food if you have specific food requirements. The entertainment (rajasthani music and dance) and in the evening was also quite good and relaxing under open skies. They also serve alcohol (basic choices, and finger foods during the show. The one wrinkle was the tent itself - the one initially assigned to us - 101 was very smelly. They managed to find an alternate - 122, which a bit older, worked out ok. The sheets in the first tent were also stained. So pols inspect and ask for any changes - which they will accommodate with a smile. The ac cooled down the tent within 10 mins on an october evening. They also take you out on a desert safari - a car ride for about 6 kms and then go not the camels for a 10 min walk onto the dunes where you will spend about about 30 mins watching the sunset. This was an amazing experience and the highlight of the trip. Service - mr ban a and his staff do a good job on this front. Good team! all in all a good experience.

Situated in a calm location near the seam sand dunes this property offers a good opportunity for birwatching and stargazing. The food, service and cleanliness is recommendable.

Wind Desert camp is a perfect destination to spend an afternoon in desert with jeep safari, camel ride, sunset photography. And an amazing place for evening with cultural activities telling stories of Rajasthan via folk dance and songs. Also a perfect morning with soothing breeze and perfect sunrise. Team Wind desert camp took good care of us in the desert. Really appreciated ❤️and recommended ❤️

Had a really great time at winds resort, jaisalmer. The hospitality, the food and the services, all were up to the mark. Totally recommend this to everyone who is visiting jaisalmer.
