The location and property is really beautiful. Our stay was really good. Though menu had limited options food was good in taste. They customised for kids also. In evening there was a cultural program along with non fire. In winter its get too cold so heater does not work that much but they provided extra blankets also. Staff is really kind and helpful. They accompany their guests on camel safaris and dune walk etc activities also. Overall a good stay for an experience.

a great desert luxury stay for families. service from reception to restaurant, activities, room service were excellent especially by mr. choudhary. swimming pool 👌, food was good, but can increase variety. the negative side we experienced was when we left hotel and called back promptly as we had left our water bottle. we were happy for the concern, but when we went back, we were asked whether we have taken shampoo, body lotion from our room with us . ( it was the remaining of what we had used in our room- not even new ones)then we had to open our luggage and hand it over to them. ridiculous to say the least. we have travelled many places, but this was first time ( after paying almost 70 k for 2 rooms with food, activity and to and fro travels)we felt humiliated. instead could have instructed this when we came into the hotel. please look into this. anyway, otherwise all were good.

We loved the property. The people are hospitable. The place is beautiful and clean. Our only issue was that the a la carte menu is limited and it could use a few traditional rajasthan dishes.

Leisure stay in the middle of thar desert

coupleWe were looking for a luxurious stay in thar desert and certainly found this is the best place for a cozy, less crowded & chill out stay. They even org-anise live music in the night with a wholesome "king" like experience. Must admit this resorts owners knows how to utilize local talent and provide jobs in such remote location. The staff is very cooperative, humble and friendly. Just a little advice on servicing the loo in each tent, the faucet was leaking and there's some problem with the toilet seat too, it won't hold an upwards position.

The location is a bit challenging to reach, but definitely away from the city it’s more peaceful. The staff is very nice and warm and the food is also very tasty, their cultural program is also a good and entertaining. Property is beautiful, their rooms are spacious and the pool location is also very picturesque but it would be great if they could have a temperature regulated pool, we could not enjoy the pool much because of cold water in this weather.

coupleReally great example of a resort co-living with its natural surroundings. We would probably see less wildlife on a safari than we did during our dhora desert stay. Lovely staff, only improvement can be english/clear communication as well as not interrupting while guests are in the middle of talking to each other. We were otherwise pampered with activities and staff made the most of our stay, also teaching us a lot about the environment. Thanks a million to dhora desert.

couplePerfect desert experience with all the amenities of modern life. Staff was extremely cooperative and eager to help. Camel safari and high tea in the sand dunes overlooking the sunset was the highlight. Chaudhariji, the head chef was always involved asking for personal choices and cooking delicious meals. Would definitely recommed for a good desert experience short of jaisalmer and close to jodhpur.
