My stay at Rupal Residency in Jaisalmer was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm, welcoming, and truly memorable. 🛏️ Rooms: The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The interiors had a touch of traditional Rajasthani style blended with modern comfort. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was super clean with all necessary amenities. 🧑‍🍳 Food: The food deserves a special mention – it was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Rajasthani flavors. We tried both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and loved every bite. The portion sizes were generous and service was prompt. 💁‍♂️ Service: The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They made sure we felt at home throughout the stay. Even small requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The hospitality was truly heartwarming. 🕌 Location & Ambience: Located in a peaceful area yet close enough to the main attractions like Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Gadisar Lake. The hotel is in a good location. All the staff were courteous and friendly and greeted us with a smile. Shilpa in particular was very helpful. Our room was very spacious with uninterrupted views of the fort. The comfortable mattress with premium quality pillows together with sound proof windows ensured good sleep. Room temperature control also worked well. The shower mixer tap was a little temperamental. Wifi was unreliable. The spacious terrace with its premium furnishings and uninterrupted views of the fort is in a class of its own. In addition, the hotel provides a cultural show on the terrace every evening. Buffet breakfast was generally good with a descent spread. Chef needs to work a little more on his recipes and food presentation. The tiny doughnuts were rock hard and tasted awful. Tiny cookies served with high tea were not much better. Fried eggs looked more like omelets. Service in the restaurant varied depending on which staff were on duty. Those on monday breakfast were very good. Overall, we were happy with this hotel and would stay again.

The stay was good rooms were clean if you are looking for a hygienic place to stay go for it. Food here is expensive and we tried jacuzzi here the experience was not so good with that

Hotel rupal residency is the best property located at proper location. Fort view at night is excellent room are large and comfortable. Hotel staff is very cooperative

Impeccable service & food. Neat & clean. All facilities available. Very nice & cooperative staff. It was worth double the money spent there. Will recommend every tourist to not to think twice before booking this hotel. Great location.

Hospitality of hotel is amazing. Food was delicious. All staff members were very humble and kind towards their guests and always ready for help. They gave a beautiful gift during checkout which was made from traditional work. I will recommend this hotel for anyone coming to jaisalmer.

Staying at rupal was an absolute blast! it’s the perfect place to hang out with friends and family. The hotel’s interior is super stylish, and the rooms are all set up for a comfortable stay. The rooftop is a must-visit - it’s the most beautiful spot to watch the sunset over the jaisalmer fort. And the food menu? they’ve got something for everyone. Plus, there’s an infinity pool to beat the heat during the day. The hotel’s location is also great - it’s super close to all the other attractions in jaisalmer. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had an amazing time at rupal!

Nice place in the middle of the city with awesome rooftop cafe. Hospitality and hygiene were top notch.

Location was ideal and the property was well maintained and serviced. The food was okay, but the restaurant location is excellent. While the staff is plea-sent and warm, they are rather inexperienced. Besides being forest being put up in a lower category room, needed to convince them of my correct booking. Also, the inclusions were either not served or timings changed. Make prior arrangement, and gen up with your information, the concierge service is awful.

Property is situated in the heart of the city well maintained and good rooms they gave us an upgrade to the suite room amazing hospitality and good view to the fort from the rooftop. Really good rooftop they also have a musical eve along with dinner price is a little bit on a higher side

Best view for Jaisalmer fort , nicely located and staff are very polite. They guide you with various sight seeing options as per your need . Anil helped me to keep my luggage for a day after checkout for my stay at sand dunes.
