Terrible Stay

Worst property of ITC ever visited by me & my family. The service was disaster, we were feeling as if we are staying in some 2 star hotel and not a 5 star property… We came across multiple incidents that I can describe & can go against the property… We booked 03 rooms for 03 nights and stayed in different room for each night… The first room they provided was on the first floor with difficult stairs & we already mentioned that we have an asthmatic & Thalassemics patients who can not claim such stairs and they did the same thing on the third night… The rooms provided on the 3rd night of the stay were dirty and with full of insects and mosquitos 🦟…we complaint them multiple times but they did not respond anything to it…unfortunately after being tired we had to settle in the dirty room and spent the night there… The breakfast was disaster too, it lacked the management. The staff was not fully trained and did not stand upto any expectations. A small incident that I recall is my sister ordering a pan cake, first they did not understand in pan cake for 30 mins.. after that they called the head chef and we made him understand but he did not get that my sister asked pan cake with whip cream on side instead they diped the entire pan cake into maple syrup which was never asked for… There are multiple incidents of non hospitality and not a good service in the 3 night stay, it will take almost a day to describe the entire Hence in one word I would say My stay with Storii by ITC was a complete & it spoilt mine & my family’s entire Diwali Vacation… What a sad incident..!!!

Stay was average like 3/4 star hotel. Foods also average dinner and breakfast both. ITC IS 5 star hotel but feel like 3/4 star hotel.. Money is worth for staying par night spend 16000 for 1 room.. Very bad experience

Terrible Stay

My stay at ITC was quite disappointing. Initially, we were allotted a small ground-floor room that was stinking. After complaining, we were shifted to another room, but unfortunately, the AC was not working properly. Overall, it was a bad experience in terms of stay. However, I must mention that the hospitality was good, the food was delicious, and the ambience was truly outstanding.

It was so overpriced compared to the services provided. The swimming pool was very small, not much buffet options, and the breakfast was also mediocre. Other hotels with 1/3rd the price are providing folklore and other activities in the evening whereas this hotel did not provide anything. The hotel is in fact still under-construction only, with rooms which don't have any great view from the window

one of the best place I have stayed so far, amazing service, very very service minded staff. Great food especially Rajasthani specials where lip smacking. Beautiful spacious rooms, great swimming pool and entire property looks so royal feels like living in a palace.
