Jaisalmer Marriott Resort and Spa

The facilities such as Desert safari, etc. are very expensive. I suggest not to take such facilities at the hotel. instead go to outside vendor for the same.

It's a very average resort with barely any amenities. The food was below average. The rooms were also very small.

The property is located nearby fort area, yet in a quieter lane. The city itself is not too big making it easily accessible from airport and all the main attraction points. Staff were excellent including staff at Wyra rooftop restaurant named Himanshu. Rooms were decent size and perfect for an extended stay. The warm welcome on arrival left a good impression. The chef pratap Singh also helped us pack some small meal for our daughter before leaving for airport which was a good gesture. Evening cultural programs were also decent. We liked the people of Jaisalmer a lot and overall the food etc around the city was something to savour including the sweets. Fort tour, Sam sand dunes, local food and shopping made it a memorable outing for our family.

The property is really good. Rooms are also clean and well maintained. They upgraded us as we were travelling with an infant which was a very nice gesture. Staff was very polite and eager to help Over all it's a good property to stay.

Not good service specially in Breakfast, not much staff available and no one care about customer and Dinner food was bad not good this time. This time stay was bad, room was also smelling. Spending this much money and getting worst food and service

Excellent architecture building, good ambiance as you come in to the reception, nice hospitality at check in counter , gave us entry cool drink , was of them . Breakfast was good and the chef him self came and enquired about food etc . Over all good experience .

We had an amazing time at the Jaisalmer Mariott Resort. It is located close to the fort and there is a lovely restaurant run by the Maharaja right next door. The thing that really stood out for us was the service and staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and to accommodate every request.

It was a truly pleasant stay, highlighted by the delightful and enchanting creations of Chef Mr. Pratap. The staff, including Ms. Dipti, Mr. Dipu, and Kuldeep, were exceptional at their work, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was one of the best trips ever.

I had an excellent stay at Jaisalmer Marriott. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambiance truly captures the charm of Jaisalmer. What impressed me the most was the hospitality—especially the reception staff. They were extremely warm, professional, and attentive, making the check-in process seamless and always being available with a smile to assist with any request. I have Pre blocked my card for 12k, the total bill is for 5k, it has been 3 days payment is not realised to card. Worst service by Marriott

Location is good

services are good but just check before booking your stay that any wedding is also not planned for those days. on our last day the wedding was scheduled in the property as they have closed the pool and breakfast area was also hotch potch. people were taking chairs to sit. otherwise a good stay.

Had a lovely stay at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort. Everything from the check-in, rooms, facilities, restaurants, to check out was very smooth. Every team member when out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Wish we had stayed here for longer and would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Jaisalmer.
