A very warm and comfortable stay amidst the thar desert. Excellent service rendered by the staff and going above and beyond for every small detail that could bring happiness to the guests. Well planned cultural event and good food.

the stay was good , the hotel excelled at hospitality and quality of food served. The room was just as pictured , the cultural program in evening was entertaining. the dessert safari and camel ride was a good experience. The hotel also provided a guide for our jaisalmer trip which was a great addition for us.

Karwaan Jaisalmer - A desert experience to cherish for a lifetime. I would like to break the experience at Karwaan into different phases as each and everything is unique in its own way and an equally amazing one to say the least 1. Leading roads - not that great - but it’s the desert - so it’s a unique experience in itself to search through the maps and enter into the camp . Once in the camp - you have a great workforce who are extremely polite and proud of their property and facilities. These kind of properties which are remote will thrive because of these people who are dedicated and committed to their workplace. High Tea at the desert - this is one of the best take aways - the team takes you in a jeep to the desert(15 min drive) takes you on a camel safari - sets up everything in the desert with chairs and tables - serves you Tea, sandwich kachori and what not - and all this during the sunset its an everlasting impression. 4. Cultural evening in the mountains resort - with starters served- you are pampered at every step 5. Tent stay - a clean tent with AC fitted. Clean restrooms and what all facilities required in the remotest place - you get it at Karwaan. Govind and Kishen are one call away to fill in for whatever is needed. 6. Stargazing - dont miss this activity which is an extra chargeable activity. Nayann will take you to a different galaxy - a must do when you are in Karwaan. 7. Jeep safari in the morning - again an extra activity - but Akbar who explains about the culture and livelihood of the desert folks - a simply amazing person with an extraordinary patience. All in all a wonderful experience at the KARWAAN JAISALMER. A must visit for anyone who likes to explore culture, adventure and astronomy.

Property is at Good Location, very near to dunes, built up well, very spacious. Staff is also very good, food ok. Only thing which we found negative was washrooms, not up to the mark.

You get everything from culture to luxury to being served by nicest of people. We stayed in a villa with a PERSONAL POOL (Mayur Villa) and also one with a huge courtyard (Desert Fort). We did bonfire, camel ride, high tea in sunset, and watched cultural program all hosted by the property. In fact , we did stargazing hosted by Nayann, a very passionate educated guy who owns stargazing at Jaisalmer. We also did jeep safari and quad bikes who picked us up from the resort itself. During dinner and program, Mr Maan Singh was sweetest as he took care of us specifically given we were with our child. Kishan ji led the kitchen team. The house keeping team with very sweet Mr Liyakat helped us within the property. At the reception we got taken care by Mr Ajay and Bhavani sir who gave us best recommendations. I'm making an effort to personally write everyone's name because they were just awesome.

In November, we had the delightful opportunity to stay at Karwaan Resort, and what an unforgettable experience it turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff made us feel right at home, ensuring our stay was both comfortable and memorable. Our cozy tents were more than just a place to rest; they created a warm and inviting atmosphere that added to the charm of our getaway. We were particularly impressed by the emphasis on healthy, delicious food, especially the diverse range of mouthwatering Rajasthani dishes served up during our stay. One of the highlights of our adventure was indulging in a lovely hi-tea and embarking on a thrilling camel ride across the picturesque dunes. As the sun set, we enjoyed an enchanting cultural program complete with a BBQ, which made for a perfect evening filled with delightful flavors and lively entertainment. The excitement didn’t stop there! The following morning, we set off on an exhilarating jeep safari with Mr. Halim. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredible staff, especially Mr. Bhanu, Mr. Bhawani, and Mr. Ajay, for their outstanding hospitality and for making our stay truly special. We left Karwaan Resort with fond memories and a desire to return!

Our stay was quite enjoyable overall. The hotel staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, contributing positively to our experience. The food offered was of good quality, catering to a variety of tastes. We appreciate the comfort of our accommodations, which made our visit even more pleasant.

The stay was amazing. Its the best resort in jaisalmer as many of the fellow travellers also confirmed the same. The location is picturesque and the complimentary desert safari and cultural activities makes the place a perfect stay. Don't forget to check out indias first 0 energy school, its next to the resort

3. Washroom, room fragrance and room amenities needs improvement and regular monitoring. Food and service is truly commendable.

Wonderful experience, we stayed for 2 nights and it was truly worth it. All the staff were amazing and always ready to help. Even though we were only guest on last day they made sure we had all the food options and made everything we asked for outside their menu.Resort like this need to be promoted as there are lots of desert tents in jaisalmer but this is no doubt the best.

This is a hidden gem among-st the sand dunes. The staff are very caring. I loved the way they served us breakfast with so much care and love. Felt home.
