As we have paid for the stay we expect the property to have atleast electricity, the property is not that bad, but its not at all worth the price, there are better place to stay at better price than this. Terrible Experience, Rooms looks nice at first but then lamps are not working, washroom are at its worst.

The tent experience was good but it didn't have any basic amenities like toiletries (we were given a single small soap), heaters, hot water during the day. Electricity went off many times. Food was good, evening cultural show was also entertaining. We were charged exponentially for the desert safari so the experience was good overall but not value for money

Regarding the points you mentioned — we would like to clarify that for safety reasons, we do not provide heaters inside tents, as they can be hazardous in fabric structures. In case any toiletries or amenities were missing, our staff would have happily provided them upon request. We also provide hot water every morning, but it’s possible you missed the timing, which we truly regret. As Sam, Jaisalmer is a desert region, occasional electricity fluctuations are common; however, our generator starts automatically to ensure uninterrupted power as much as possible. Stay was comfortable. Food was average not do good not so bad. Evening cultural programme was good. Front desk was casual as he told that there is no booking without properly checking it.

Pathetic with no basic facilities!!

familyStay was terrible at this place. They had very poorly maintained rooms/camps with no proper lighting. No toiletries were provided and the staff started to chuckle when asked for dental kit. The photos shown in the app are highly edited and are no where close tot he actual property. The food was pathetic and they have one person who give one bread or one chapati by his own hands and will unnecessarily touch each piece of bread to apply butter or jam as if it were a hostel and not a hotel. I would never ever recommend anyone to stay at this horrible place. They did not even have any arrangement for drinking water inside the restaurant (or rather it was like a mess). They have just kept a water cooler outside this area and just one steel pot from which all the people are expected to drink water after eating food. For the price, it was the most pathetic place to stay.

Not satisfied with the stay

Before booking, he mentioned only jeep safari is chargeable over phone. On top of it, he charged double amount for the jeep and camel safari in comparison to other resorts. There is no hot water in the cottage. There is only a single soap is given in name of toiletries.
