The Jaisalmer Resort

Pictures on the site are absolutely different. The rooms were not clean. Washrooms terrible. We asked them to clear washroom and room again as we had already paid for our stay.

The hotel offers excellent hospitality and a very pleasant ambience. The staff is polite, well-behaved, and always helpful, making the stay comfortable and stress-free. Rooms are well-maintained and the service is quick. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Location is good nearby to main attractions, however, rooms are not well maintained. Food is terrible. Not worthy of the price paid.

it's not a hotel it was like an old tenamant. everything was not that good. service is like worst. wrong information mentioned on MMT. no hot water, no refrigerator, no services after 10 pm., no ice cubes, no food, no tandoor, so and so etc, don't visit please

The resort was okay. Washroom and bed linen were not very clean. Also, right from shower gel to dental kit, had to ask him to get it delivered. However, i mistakenly paid for one night prior and the staff was generous to adjust the payment for the next day

The Jaisalmer Resort is an excellent choice for a family stay in Jaisalmer! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. They helped us organize our SAM Sand Dunes experience and even assisted in booking a cab to visit Longewala, which was incredibly convenient. A special mention to Parvat Singh Inda for his outstanding hospitality—his warm and attentive service truly stood out and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this resort if you're visiting Jaisalmer with family. It's a perfect blend of comfort and great service!

Our stay at Jaisalmer Resort Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the resort is perfect, offering stunning views of the desert and being just a short distance from local attractions like Jaisalmer Fort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional Rajasthani touches that blended perfectly with modern amenities. The entire resort exudes luxury and tranquility, providing an authentic yet comfortable experience.

The property is old but good and welcoming and at an approachable location. The breakfast was also nice, do visit when in jaisalmer.

Rooms were dirty and not maintained. Bathroom was stinking. Very limited breakfast options with terrible service. Not recommended at all.
