Classic Thar Resort&Camp

I really enjoyed staying here. Their rooms are comfortable, spacious, well-lit, and equipped with air conditioning and a water geyser. The food quality is awesome. They provided a luxury room at a good price. Their candlelight dinner experience is amazing.

Amazing experience in a beautiful location, away from many other camps sprouting everywhere. The tent had a hot shower, fully flushing toilet and super comfy bed. The service was no frills but attentive. Had a dinner of local Rajasthani food inc dal bati and ker singri. The breakfast was poha and Puri sabji. The cultural dance and singing program followed by Bollywood music was a huge fun.

Camp is good but dinner and breakfast is average. Din me apko sirf maggie or chai milegi khana apko sham ko hi milega

Amazing staff, location is top notch with great sunset view, clean rooms but food is big disappointment, it’s little far from the main city almost 40 kms

It's location is on high altitude so a very good view around. We have stayed here one night and it was fun. The rooms are decent as every where in sam. Overall good experience.

The compound area, food and cultural program is good, but the condition of the tent is very pathetic. Very low quality tents are there. If anyone has no other option then choose a cottage rather than a tent. The outside chilled wind comes through the torn tent. Inside the tent temperature is approx same as the open area. So i suggest not to choose this property.

Nice place pleasant ,cultural,Rajasthani folk dance with lots of activity,desert safari,camel ride etc dinner,bonfire,u all just loved it go for this,……❤️ Good room service, food was really good and teasty (typical rajasthani food)

Very Cooperative staff. Nice experience in tent stay. Very comfortable. In the evening they had arranged folk dance and it was quite a good experience. The food, rooms, staff everything was pleasant. There was a thar desert nearby and frankly I wouldn't want to ride a camel much further. Our travel companions also loved the Jeep Safari and paid the additional fee for the bikes.

worst experience , dont get this property. they try to sell you coupon also saying do camel rides and safari rides which are less in time then they say. and the worst part is the driver they give was not at all welcoming he was intimidating in threatning way.

one of the best camps in Jaisalmer The staff was helpful giving welcome tea snacks and the evening dinner was delicious. The evening culture program was a good overall great experience

Go for Jeep Safari on these dunes. It's exhilarating. Just don't litter the place. Jeep Safari are readily available. Fortuner and other 4x4 can also be enjoyed. Try learning driving tips on sands from the locals.

Staying at Classic Thar Resort’s camp and resort with my family wonderful experience with great traditional food. The have good camp Ac luxury tent adventure activities are so amazing one of the best camp in Jaisalmer sand dunes highly recommend family and friends

We a group of 12 people stayed here yesterday and the whole experience was fabulous. Aslam who is the manager is a very courteous and helpful person. Experience from well decorated rooms, excellent hospitality and never say no attitude from the staff was awesome. We booked desert activities from Jabbar and everything was managed very well. We thoroughly enjoyed activities like Jeep Safari, Camel ride, ATV and other activities arranged by Kabir in office jaisalmer . There are many frauds in the desert but this camp and resort is excellent and they provide all the facilities that they show you while booking. All in all, it was a great experience!!!
