Desert Gateway Resort offers the best of both worlds – luxury and authentic desert charm. The property is well-maintained, the tents are comfortable, and the food is excellent. The staff went out of their way to assist us, whether it was arranging tours, serving meals on time, or simply greeting us warmly throughout the day. The attention to detail and professional approach of the team made us feel well cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the management for such a memorable experience – we will definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family it was a very good and extra ordinary resort in sam sand dunes their hospitality & services was 1st class..... Its not like a 4 star but it is an actual 4 star resort

Nice Resort for family staying. Food is awesome. The resort is quite opposite to sand dunes You can do camel riding. Even they provide candle night dinner at Sand dunes. Rajasthani cultural activities are also there during evening time. thanks mr girdhari

Excellent... value for money We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended ...tents are awesome, only that you get warm water in the morning as it's within desert. Food quality if good too and camel ride and cultural programs were the best thanks mr girdhari

Good resort, clean room, room service was excellent, thanks mr girdhari food was good. Cultural evening with bonfile and light snacks added to the charm of this resort. Good reception service who provided the jeep and camel safari. The scenery at the resort and the sand dunes was too good. Hotel staff were helpful and guided us. Resort staff helped us to get warm water and food for my daughter's one year old boy. All of us enjoyed the place.

We stayed for one night with friends. We checked in right in the afternoon so as not to miss any activity that was scheduled. The staff was caring and prompt and always helpful and at service. The cultural programme and food, everything was enjoyable.

People in jaisamer are really having very good hospitality at heart and caring at every step.. my mother needed wheelchairs and I never had to ask then to provide one.. Manager Mr girdhari ji was almost there at the counter all 24 hours.. rooms are quite spacious and good air conditioning. and they have good tie up with camel ride guys and quite a memorable trip.. jeep safari deserves a special mention..a must if children are there..

Amazing place to stay with family or friends. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Evening cultural program was beautiful with all service on your table. Nice property and good service. We stayed in Suisse Tent on This property is probably the largest property of Sam. Tent was big and clean. 24hours hot water was available. They were a great host. Giridhar bhai was very helpful. Good food with good stay. Jeep safari, camel ride.

It didn't feel like 4 star that was showing in app, its like 2star, supportive staff, rooms are average, food quality is not so good, in evening other nearby properties were more vibrant compare to this. Also if property is full than you won't get proper jeep safari, camel ride was free but for 5 min only.

It was an average stay, people at reception were cooperative but there was no water in washroom early morning, food was average, cultural program-me was average
