The location of the resort was good. The Cultural program was great. The most important part of our stay was the food offered by the resort. It was delicious. And the Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had the best experience during our stay.

Memorable desert safari, there was no adventure safari inclusion in our package, thanks to a good rate arranged by the camp, they arranged jungle safari's very good rates we go to evening jungle safari's memorable experience highly recommend for Anantara Resort thanks Mr. A.K very helpful and supportive.

It was a couple stay And the property was not so good. The surroundings were peaceful And it was easy to locate. I had food during my stay And it was good. The services were not so good there. Overall I will not recommend this property to others.

Dear guest, sorry for your tour did not go well. But the review 1 star you wrote is absolutely wrong. Because you did not bring your own car, and you asked me to go to the market or to the canteen, i sent my jeep. When you had to go to the evening time desert, you demanded from me to leave the desert but my jeep was not free. I got you dropped from musician's car to the desert, but you stayed there for 1 hour, the musician was getting late, you spoke back to the camp drop, you said we will come on foot. So he left you there, you came to the camp with a camel cart, the camel person disrespected you, his camp does not have any responsibility. And if you ever come to visit next time, then bring your own car. The car is not available by asking again and again. You booked the room and not our personal car and jeep, yet we gave you 3 times because we understood your feeling. Vehicles are not available by asking again and again. Thanks

The location of the property was the only thing I liked about the property. The rooms and cleanliness were not maintained. The rooms and the washrooms were dirty. Cleanliness was also not done there. They really had bad hospitality. The staffs were not helpful. Even the food quality was bad.

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear of your unhappy experience at our 3 star, not 5 star hotel, as you were promised by whom so ever made your booking. Our rooms are the biggest available in the whole of jaisalmer which you are free to look at other hotels and see. We only get rajasthan and punjabi food here, if you did not like it, you would have ordered separately. If you came in the new year season, then the rate is slightly higher. You demanded a room heater, we also provided that, and got a free jeep and camel from the camp, yet feedback 2 stars. We get always happy customers so you having an unhappy experience we at the hotel cant do more than we did. Our staff attended to all the means required. You gave our hotel 2 star for all categories when our staff went way beyond service to your family. Next time maybe you need at 5 star hotel such as marriott to get the requirements you require. Thank you, have a nice day.
