The camp offers Swiss luxury camping in the enthralling Thar Desert, complete with camel riding on sand dunes and live Rajasthani folk music and dance performances.

There are 30 luxurious Royal Swiss Tents, 5 A/C, 2-3 PAX twin and double bed- complete with an attached bath, table and heater fans.

Apart from the night stay, and the musical dance programs- guests are privy to outdoor activities such as jeep, camel, and night safaris.  

There is 24-hour room service available with in-house dining for all guests.

Guests can enjoy their meals in an 18000 sq. ft., dining hall suitable for up to 100 people, along with an available liquor bar.They even have the option of enjoying a candle-lit dinner.

The Welcome Desert Camps offers accommodations across Non-AC and AC Deluxe rooms complete with complimentary bottled water and toiletries. It also provides complimentary wireless Internet access, in-room dining and daily housekeeping.The rooms are spread over 196 sq. ft. with plush double beds for a goodnight’s sleep. All tents are facilitated with a television with premium channels.Each of the rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults.

Camel safari at Sam Sand Dune is one of the oldest outdoor activities at Jaisalmer. Guests can hire a camel for an hour or two, and tour the desert dunes of Sam. The midpoint of this tour is the Sunset Point at Sam- an ideal location to capture the beautiful sunset along the dunes.  

A jeep safari tour at Sam Sand Dune allows hiring a whole jeep or booking a single seat in a shared vehicle and driving through 3-4 dunes which are 30 to 60 meter tall.

The desert dunes of Sam still boasts of a fantastic view as evening falls. The ride on the sand dunes is thrilling as the only visibility is through the headlight of the Jeep. It is ideal for adventurous tourists, looking for an enthralling experience in Jaisalmer.

4 km from the camp is the Sam Sunset Point- offering a spectacular view of the sunset on the Western Border of India.The location offers overnight stays too in-case it gets too late.
