Hotel Genwa Palace

There were no geaser for hot water for bath breakfast was supplied to room after order of 30 Or 35 minutes instead of 15-20 minutes.

The bathroom was bad and there was no geyser to heat the water, and they behaved badly when I asked for water to drink.

Very bad and dirty hotel, very bad cleanness and also mosquitos very high. So we have very bad experience. Brekfast is very bad

Hotel genwa palace is the best in Jaisalmer, there was staff who was very kind and helpfull . I recommend this hotel

Its very good hotel n all Specially all staff members are very humble and friendly We feel like our family members and they treat our like family members Whenever i visit jaisalmer in future so i prefer this hotel and desert safari mangement gorgeous

I have stayed with my family here for 4D4N and it was a great experience here. They also arranged the package for city visit, sand dunes and rides, border visits and many more in affordable prices and we enjoyed it well. Special thanks to manager Rohit who scheduled all things for us in a smooth manner and to caretaker Ranveer who is of polite nature and availabe 24×7 for seevices☺️

very bed there is no soap and tawal . 1st day there's no water in the toilet. they charged 300 rs extra for ac room bot ac not working properly .

As per budget it’s nice place to stay. Stafff is also cooperative and responsive .highly recommend to stay The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We have a wonderful experience with this place, we stayed at this place for two days, and also got really good package for desert safari. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Guy at the reception and one guy rohit bhai was providing sensational service. Great view from the hotel rooftop. All rooms were so clean. Highly recommended this place for stay in jaisalmer. The size of room as per the tarrif was quiet big and spacious. I really liked the behaviour of rohit bhai the front office manager, he allowed me early checkin with very minimal amount which is rare to find in such type of property.

It's in a prime location near the fort. Rooms are very aesthetic and traditional. The staff was also very humble. Worth trying best experience desert camp was also very good best place to stay.
