Booked a family room, turned out best room among the hotels we stayed in this Rajasthan trip. Was concerned about size but it was pleasant surprise that the room is adequate for 3 people for a short stay. Room decor is TOP NOTCH in the sense that the colour combo and also the ceiling design. Area of concern- Food delivery either to room or in restaurant would take long long time as they have a smaller kitchen and do the cooking on order basis. Taske is good though.

Sheer wastage of money to stay in Prithvi Haveli

It was a terrible experience. The hotel was located in highly congested area. The hotel was also congested. There was a lot of smell inside the room. Food quality in the breakfast was very bad. I will not recommend this hotel. Not a good place to stay at all.

We celebrated our kidās birthday here and the arrangements were simply beautiful. The property is located in the heart of Jaisalmer, making everything easily accessible. Love to Stay at Tripli Hotel again

I stayed at the hotel between 17th & 19th August 2025 Having arrived after a long train journey. We were pleased to find that the rooms had been prepared and ready for occupation in line with booking. On arrival my children were suffering from a bug for which I really needed medical support with. The staff were extremely helpful in locating a hospital and taxi. As well as, supporting to book us into the hospital. Having stayed at a great deal of hotels across the world and throughout India. ā The service I received is over and above any hotel I have stayed at. Dhimraj is an exceptional hotel manager. Putting customer service as a highest priority for himself and his staff. The rooms are done in a traditional style befitting for the area. A special mention should be made to the hotel chef Omkara, who supported with providing relevant food for my family as per doctorās orders. ā Would recommend his Aloo Gopi āOut of this worldā. We will definitely be staying at this hotel on our next trip.
