The Mamas Resort and Camp | Rooms & Pool

Deluxe cottage with plunge pool is not a worth property as per the amount. The room was not clean, mosquitoes all around, bed was making noise, no wifi at all( no signal comes there).

The room promised was terrible,and could have never accommodated 3 as booked.they took an upgrade. The bathroom was leaky,showers did not work.the entertainment and staff was good.

I had a wonderful experience and would like to give a big shoutout to Mr. Manohar Ji. I absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere around the resort and village. Since we checked in early in the morning for Holi, I’m grateful to Mr. Manohar Ji for gracefully arranging the rooms for us. If anyone is looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect place to stay with friends and family.

Trust this Camp & Resort with your Jaisalmer tour and you shall be elated!! The staff - Khuman SinghJi, Manohar Ji & each and every member here is highly courteous and warm. They truly care about every thing you need. The place is clean, raw and beautifully designed. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close the natural beauties of Jaisalmer - the Khuri Sand Dune, a village walk. The approach road is narrow but smooth and in good condition. One might doubt the location when travelling towards the hotel for the first time but when you reach the Camp, you shall have a smile on your face. They have a fantastic cultural program with Bon-Fire arrangement, along with live hot snacks being served. They make you feel truly Royal. The sittings are also very beautifully desinged - looks surreal at night. The musicians are super-talented. We thought we would stay for 1 day but ended up extending our stay because we just loved the location and the people.

I recently stayed at Mama's Resort in Jaisalmer, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The resort's hospitality was excellent, and the food was delicious, offering a wonderful taste of traditional Rajasthani cuisine. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening cultural function, where we enjoyed vibrant Rajasthani traditional songs and dance performances. It truly added to the charm of our trip. The resort also arranged exciting activities like a camel safari and a jeep safari in the Khuri desert, which gave us an unforgettable experience of the stunning sand dunes. However, we did face a minor inconvenience with the lack of hot water supply in the bathroom taps, which could be improved. Despite this issue, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the effort put into making our trip memorable. I would recommend Mama's Resort for its cultural experiences, warm hospitality, and well-organized activities in the desert.

Fantastic place to stay. Everything was exceptional and well managed. Right from the traditional welcome to comfortable tents and evening program. It's located in Khuri - so if you prefer a little less crowd compared to Sam , this is the place to be. Mr Manohar and his team were always there to help and guide with anything . Food is delicious and has a good spread during dinner and Breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend

We had the perfect tented camp experience at Mama’s. The tent was spacious and comfy with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all super warm and helpful. We enjoyed the optional camel cart ride and the traditional music in the evening. Definitely worth booking. Oh and the poolside was perfect for stargazing!

I went with family. We had a great time at mamas resort. We chose to stay away from the city. Mamas resort is in khuri village 40kms away from jaisalmer city. My twins boys are extremely active. Shree manohar ji handled them with patience and treated us like his family. Staff is very hardworking and friendly. You go out to fill your water bottle in the night and there will be 3-4 boys will come to help you. If you want to experience the true mehmanwazi culture of rajasthan, mamas resort is the best place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience of staying at Mama’s resort and camp at Khuri. This feels like a 4 star resort. The stay was very comfortable and staff were very warm and hospitable. We had booked 2 rooms. Rooms were clean, property is very beautiful, cultural programs were also nice and overall we had a good time. I coordinated with the owner directly- Gajender ji and he was very responsive and helpful. The food served was good too. We totally recommend this to everyone visiting Jaisalmer and looking to stay in a desert camp.

Stay at mama's resort was a wonderful experience. It's situated away from hustle and bustle of city and is perfect way to unwind and recharge itself. The staff were very courteous and they looked after us very well indeed. Mr. Manoj and his team personally told us about the property and things we can expect there. We stayed in super luxury tents and they as the name suggest was indeed luxurious. Overall a great experience!

First of all i want to say i am not against the property. No issue with property, hospitality and staffs’ behaviour. Amazing property. Variety of food there was. Housekeeping staff was so good but i think it is a big problem that there are no room for driver, driver himself managed room into this property and the room was shared room of housekeeping staff. I think just it is the problem with the property. Also they did not provide any cultural programs which was mentioned at the time of booking. I think we were only family stayed in the property on that day. Price was too costly.
