Dirty bathroom smelly rooms like . Toilet smell . Messed up . Worst staff . Nothing nearby . Please do t waste money not maintained at all .

Room is not comfortable and and washroom is terrible Food is not serving properly like breakfast is limited items..

The breakfast buffet was good however the room was average. Initially the toilet paper was missing and the kettle was dirty. However they promptly provided us with the toilet paper and a new kettle. Around evening the hot water becomes just warm, so it becomes a problem if you need to take a bath after sunset. We felt that this property was a bit expensive for the facilities provided.

The location is not so good but food is good. Rooms are little under maintained. Service is very nice and staff is very cooperative.

Very poor maintenance and rooms are not in good condition. There is lot of power fluctuation, once no power (read zero lights in the room) for 15 mins. We ate breakfast in the dark. Only emergency light in the restaurant, no power back up for 15 mins. Out room need to be changed once as many thing are not functional. not worth two star rating. I will never ever recommend this place to my friends. There are so many flys in restaurant, you can’t have your meal peacefully.

Food was very poor. No staff at pool area. No AC in play room. Light were going now and then. renovation wa going everywhere.

The property service was quite poor. Specifically the food was not up to the mark and serving was very delayed and the even the served salads was not fresh

Chokhi Dhani is an excellent property. Beautiful construction. However their service could have been much better. The pool was dirty. There were power cuts. We were without water for quite a few hours in the morning. Food options were limited. However the quality of food was in general good.

We stayed at Chokhi Dhani Palace Hotel with family for three nights on 24 Feb and 26-27 Feb 2025. Chokhi Dhani Palace Hotel is located outside Jaisalmer City, a 15-minute drive from Jaisalmer airport, and is easily approachable. The property has a nice ambience with Rajasthani architecture a small garden on two sides of the hotel and a small pool for kids. The interior decoration of the reception and dining room is attractive and good for photography. We stayed in the Royal Room, which was cosy, comfortable, clean, spacious and, elegantly decorated, with tea kettle and water bottles. As we stayed for three nights, and every morning, we found the buffet breakfast was the best one could find in a 4-star hotel. Every day the breakfast menu was changing and one can find something new and the dessert was really tasty. We got buffet dinner on two days and was very good and tasty. It was not very spicy or oily and on one day there was no buffet dinner, so we ordered from the menu, it was tasty. As our booking was for free breakfast, we paid extra for dinner and the cost was very reasonable. At present the Chef of the hotel is Mr Dana Khan. He used to come every day at breakfast and dinner time and ask about the food quality. We always appreciated him for the good quality and taste of the food prepared and the menu. Room service was prompt. In the dining hall, the service staff was good. My suggestion is on the food and transport. Regarding food, we did not find Rajasthani dishes or Thali, if it requires pre-information, the hotel should take it at the time of Check-in. The second suggestion is transport booking. The hotel does not have any transport desk or facility to assist their guests in getting good transport through the hotel.

The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was quite polite and helpful. They were slightly short-staffed but they were able to make up for it

property good but in this price range 🙏 go to other five star property food varieties too less staff for service too good in nature but bathroom area not as per standard kids food varieties not there hotel in small space hotel if this is under 3000 but above it go for other five star

It was an exceptional trip with warm welcome and excellent hospitality at the premises. Preparation was awesome.

Poor quality food at hotel. Good at tents. Check ac before checkin. Taxi attached to hotel charge you 2 times. Good ambiance.
