I had a mixed experience with my stay here at Sia Resorts, I didn't find it to be a 4 Star Property at all -
- Linen was dirty. No dental kit was given until we asked on Day-2 if they even give it or not.
- Room wasn't clean, there was dust everywhere.
- Swimming Pool are was not maintained at all, it looked like some garbage area.
- Evening Snacks had only Pakoras and Fried Chips in the menu which were full of oil.
- Dinner was Ok sort of and pure Veg, no egg or non veg in the menu.
- Breakfast menu was very limited, only boiled egg on Day-1 was there other than Poha, Daliya, Poori-Sabji/ Paratha-Dahi. On day-2 no egg was even there. Bread toast option was there which was all self service and toast machine was some old and very slow machine, took lot of time as a result long queues were getting formed. Their Jam, Sauce, butter were all unbranded.
- Room service was also slow, multiple mobile calls we had to make to get things done though they were all hard working.
- No personal/Individual room Bonfire option.
- Complimentary Camel ride was of hardly 5 mins.
- They were all sweet spoken and agreed to get things done and we can stay relaxed, but they never did the job without we getting into tension. Had to remind/call them multiple times.
- Hygiene/cleanliness was a major concern here in the Dining Area, Kitchen and common area at least.
- One can visit here for a one time experience as I feel every such Camps would be same in terms of quality and service.
