Stay was good room was specious and staff behaviour was excellent we will get the royal feel, the only problem I have faced is with the food a brand like Taj should look at there menu list some days taste was poor, another important feedback is on the fitness centre was expecting much more on that a 3 star hotel is having more space and equipment compare to TAJ… overall stay was good if management can work on the above two feedback then it’s good…

The amenities were good, the staff was very hospitable, the food was excellent. One point of concern was even though on the map it is right next to the ocean, the nearest accessible beach is 9 kms from the hotel

The food was excellent! Had a lovely dinner and since we had an early morning checkout they prepped breakfast sandwiches for our journey back! The property is well located and one of the few nicer properties in Bangalore! Rooms were clean and well maintained! They even offered late checkout without us asking them and were very considerate!

My husband and I had vsisted mangalore in July 2025 and our stay at Vivanta was excellent. I had a very bad headache before we checked in . Then I slept like a baby in the room . Breakfast buffet was awesome . Will definitely stay there when ever we visit mangalore

The only drawbacks were the relatively small room size and the location, which feels more like a local neighborhood rather than a premium area. Very clean and centrally located hotel. This is a bit older property. Overall good experience. Staff is very friendly and want to help and make your stay comfortable. We tried the local cuisine and it was really tasty and made well.

Hotel location is near to airport and market and other attractions are close to vicinity. Hotel is neat and clean . Breakfast is perfect and have.variety . Staff is polite and attentive . Service is excellent . My stay in this hotel for 3 days was very comfortable .

One checks into a Taj (IHCL) property with certain expectations, and the hotel doesn't disappoint on that score. Check-in & check-out was courteous, efficient, and accommodative. Rooms are spacious, and well maintained. Requests were attended fairly promptly. Buffet breakfast spread was satisfactory, though we experienced some of the preparations (including tea & coffee) as being not warm/hot enough. Location of the property isn't very upmarket, but is convenient in terms of proximity to city's attractions.
