first of all it's not Taj Vivanta ...the name is misleading..it's something Vivaant not hosted by taj ...rooms are stinking badly... leakage in room everywhere ... mattress and pillow smelling bad ...no restaurant, it's closed ... no telephone/LAN in hotel ...

Very nice hotel located at main highway and good peaceful place .

Had a nice Stay, Njoyed Natural rains, Beautiful mountains n nearby places convenient to go,staff was kind enough n supportive

Hamara stay Vivaant Retreat mein bahut hi accha raha. Staff ne har request ko smile ke saath fulfill kiya aur har moment ko special banaya. Property ka design aur ambiance dono hi kaafi peaceful aur comfortable hai. Rooms cozy the, atmosphere refreshing tha, aur sabse important cheez thi unka personal touch jo har guest ko valued feel karata hai.

It's was really nice retreat, for day out Picnic, an the best part is that we got room on hours base, like you can your 3 hours or 6 hours and also 9 hours... Vivaant retreat had started the best concept for the monsoon....we will definitely coming back with office staff on start of monsoon..Thanks 🙏

stay was amazing, Rooms where clean, and staff was respected with warm welcome, food specially Maharashtrian.. swimming pool was so big what we enjoyed a lot....foggi rain with hot American corn.... once again we will visit with office staff...

Property food was not tested because they are unable to serve after giving order by me. Location is not much good. Services was very very bad no response from any staff and housekeeping services was zero ni service provided to us.

The room and it’s amenities were terrible. The food was also very poor. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

1. Cleaning of room :- The room was so much dirty condition and nothing was available in the room like face towels, bath towels etc. 2. Elevator :- there was no Lift or elevator available in hotel area 3. Washroom's :- washroom was so dirty and likely to un-usable 4. Room service :- No one was available in the premises to attend us. I experience worst hotel experience ever. At the end, the hotel was in the worst condition according to the hotels

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The room smelled absolutely terrible, like it hadn’t been cleaned or ventilated in days. To make matters worse, the bedsheets and towels were visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. There was no room service available, and the restaurant was either closed or non-operational with no prior notice given. The entire hotel seemed unorganized, with no clear communication or assistance from the staff. Overall, the place felt neglected and poorly managed. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially if you’re expecting even basic cleanliness and service.

Filthy rooms, dirty bathroom & food quality was very poor

recently stayed at this villa in Igatpuri, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The property is poorly maintained, and there was absolutely no service provided during our entire stay. Basic amenities promised at the time of booking were either missing or not working. The staff was unresponsive and showed no courtesy to address our concerns. It felt as if the owner is only interested in earning money rather than providing even minimal hospitality or customer satisfaction. Rooms were unclean, water supply was irregular, and there was no arrangement for food or housekeeping. Overall, it was extremely disappointing and not worth the money charged. I strongly do not recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Igatpuri. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself from this unpleasant experience.
