Resort is superb n surrounded by hills.We had booked an Executive room ...room was good n specious...view from the room was awesome..service was very good ..in food they should start serving tandoor dishes n more items into snacks like maggy etc ..n must important washroom needs to be renovated... property location is not so good. food is also not so good. property amenities is very poor. services and cleaners is also not so good.

Very poor stay in my so far travel history , Property location is to away from city, as per pictures it shows villa type property but when we checkin room has been provided in 2 story building which has separate entry other than villa , and very poor presentation , entry gate has covered by tirpal tent , Villa are not available

Ac was not proper work after change room intercom was not working and bathroom window was gas more kide makode was in bathroom

Good stay, recommended and worth it located at convenient as well as nature intact location. Rooms are spacious. Food is average. And can be improved, though service is good. Food options are very less that too in veg - you will not have chance to try anything new hotel campus and premises are very good. If you are planning with group of peoples you can go for villas

Property is of more kind of a hotel than a resort. Overall ambience at entry looks like a 2 star hotel, needs renewal of many things, food was good in taste but items were less in quantity relative with the money spent. Overall cost effectiveness is mismatch

The resort is not well maintained especially the rooms. Amenities are nice but food is ok not great.

Long weekend we realised a little late about long weekend on 30th seep- 2nd oct after surfing many places we opted for dew drops. It is a collection of cottages of different type. The cottages are well designed but furniture is very basic, devoid of any luxury feel. The place was choc-o-block with travellers. The f&b did a good job to churn meals for those many guests efficiently. Such places are more enjoyable in large groups. When you aren’t much concerned about the room, upkeep or the buffet spread

Size of room is awesome. Swimming pool was not maintained. Dinning was good and food is also tasty.

We were 5 guests and as the property was not that much occupied they upgraded us to villa from rooms. However very old construction. Didn’t feel like it was a resort. Rain shower was not working, pool water was smelly. Nothing to do in property except the club house where tt ball was broken and no one was there to replace it. Very average property. Would never book again. It would have been better if we would have booked normal hotel room than this. However food was delicious but the stay spoiled our day. We didn’t feel like staying there.

Good hotel with limited delicious menu. But need to work on beautification of the structures, the hotel seems a bit old as the building is covered with moss. And the entrance is a nightmare with absent road and drainage water overflowing giving a stench. Rest all is good.

Service, food n overall experience. Room was very comfortable, basic n best part i was comfortable even after power cut straight to the gen. Hoping that's it's a little more lively after the covid scenes. Felt safe

One of my terrible experience of all time. The hotel is unhygienic. Below were the basic stuffs missing. No electricity, lift was under maintenance, Rooms stinking, Ac not working. I checked out in an hours time from the hotel as I can stay even for a minute. I had to re-book a new hotel for the stay. They didn’t even bother to compensate of the issues face. A very tough & bad time with the hotel.

I would like to highlight our experience right from the very beginning. Since we were already in the neighborhood the previous night, we asked if we could have early checkin, and we were promptly told that we could check in as early as 10 am without any problem. As soon as we reached, we were shown to our room and were made comfortable. The attendants from room service were ever so polite and courteous while interacting with us all the time. We decided to go for buffet meal at lunch and ordered a-la-carte for dinner (meals weren't included in our plan. We found the prices reasonable and within budget. The view from the room was beautiful, with mountains and greenery. The entire area is wonderful for taking walks and exploring the gardens, clubhouse, etc. The pool is currently closed due to the pandemic restrictions, but apart from that, every experience in the hotel was simply fantastic and deserves more than five stars. We even requested if we could check out an hour late, and again, we received a prompt 'yes' as a reply. Overall, the experience was simply great and we'd recommend this hotel for couples, families, groups and even business gatherings. Everything here was absolutely professional and well managed. Loved every minute of our stay here.

Nothing but an ordinary igatpuri hotel. Adjacent to apartment block with garbage and clothes hanging outside.

Non cooperation for not allocating room in spite of so many vacant rooms. They charged extra 400 for child being 14 years. Whereas makemytrip booked him as 12 years. And on top of after paid extra no upgrade. Not cooperating front staff, they asking for extra charges for games except chess and carrom. So no recreation for children. Bed sheets are fouling and old. Absolutely not matching with what they charges for rooms. Breakfast is very average. No proper service staff.

The stay was pretty average, the rooms look like a old rooms with outdated equipments. What i missed was the proper lighting in the property. After dinner you won't enjoy walking in the resort premises as they don't have sufficient lighting, hence it doesn't feel safe to have a walk.

Location is near to mountains, but needs some cleanliness at the entry, rooms are big not luxurious but above average, good roo. Service and hotel staff, good campus, villa side of hotel is excellent. We took couple accommodation (executive room)with breakfast, food quality was good.
