Average Stay
Inhouse food was good ...Tandoori items were not available(mentioned in menu).They tried to arrange from outside it took 3 hrs.Light was not there in afternoon...generator was there diesel was not there..Light came at 7.00 pm.Service was not up to the mark...Staff is less ...only one person Soma knows to drive he arranged food & also got diesel at same time..other people don't know to drive..Weather is unpredictable ..fan in Gazebo was not working...AC of Room no 3 was not working...

Poor hotel in igatpuri
Hotel is too far from main market, and it’s not maintained at all. There are minimal facilities in room, we didn’t have tv and dustbin in room. There is no cleanliness and we have bees all around. Hotel didn’t even have morning breakfast facilities on time.

Beautiful stay and awesome food
It was such a treat staying at this resort. Total value for money. Staff was very cooperative and food was also very good. Overall it was a worthy stay. Looking to come back soon.

Overall the stay in kk tree was awesome
I booked kk tree for and we enjoyed a lot, overall the experience was awesome especially the pool. Food they serve are lip smacking and the manager vivek is very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at kk tree
During my recent stay at the kk tree, i had a wonderful experience. Throughout my stay, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it had all the necessary amenities that i needed. What i enjoyed the most about my stay was the beautiful location of the kk tree. The surrounding nature was peaceful and calming, and i had the opportunity to take some lovely walks in the area. However, i did notice that the noise level from the nearby road could be a bit bothersome at times. Overall, i highly recommend the kk tree to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and the location was stunning. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in nature, this is the perfect place to stay. Just keep in mind that there may be some road noise to contend with.

Best resort
Our stay at this resort was fantastic. The staff was helpful and food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Additionally, our children had a great time at the swimming pool.

Terrible property won't recommend ever
There is no proper reception or staffing. The manager is roam-in all over the place. When we finally found him he handed over the keys to us didn't even walk us to the room. When we finally found our room we were trying to figure out how to open the door. After 15-20mins of struggle we finally open the door. There was fungus/mushroom growing out of the bed furniture. Bathrooms were not washed properly. They don't serve food in the room you have to go all the way to the kitchen where you are welcome with a swarm of mosquitos. I couldn't get a grill cheese sandwich in the evening reason given to us was there are other orders so it will take time. Staff was friendly manager vivek is nice but the stay was horrible. Beds are not soft, towels you have to ask then only you will get. Wifi is only accessible in the restaurant.

Haunted place
there is no reception the man there was didn't even know that there is a booking he is asking me to show the booking. there is a graveyard 🪦 near hotel temperature is so cozy inside hotel he gave us the room is very frightened over there don't visit

Descent property, used to be a lot more reasonable but after they built a swimming pool, they tripled the prices almost!

Had a terrible experience
We planned our Bhandardara and Igatpuri weekend trip from Pune to have a leisure time with nature. We reached Igatpuri around 9 and asked the resort owner for early check-in, she denied and told us she won't be able to provide us rooms before 2. Considering it we changed our plan and headed straight away to Bhandardara so as to utilize our time. Time spent at Bhandardara was awesome. But that was the half story, our horror story begins thereafter. We called the resort owner to inform that we will be there in half an hour at around 4 and they told they will be coming for pickup. It was raining and they did come for pickup but didn't took us to the location but to some other remote place. The place where they took us was horrible, near graveyard, and rooms were similar to Dharmashala, an extremely unhygienic place. We raised our concern that it wasn't the place we booked, and here comes the reply that the rooms booked for you were leaking so we are providing you this. We paid more than required bucks for two rooms and this is what they provided. The behavior of the owner was unacceptable and disgusting. We were out from midnight in the hope to have a leisure time, but we ended up tired, hungry, restless, room less, by the end of the day. It was at the end MakeMyTrip team that came for the rescue. And got us rooms in Mumbai as no other option was available in Igatpuri. We drove back to Mumbai and it was midnight when we finally got some rest.
