Review Of Viv Stay

Beds were unclean as well as the complete property for empty. We were not even provided with the room keys in the name of central lock system and had to be escorted by receptionist every time we had to access the rooms when coming from outside. We did cut short our stay in the property to 1 day instead of 2 days due to the safety and cleanliness concerns and property being remote from food joints or shopping spots.

It was a terrible stay. We reached hotel at 1 pm and our rooms are not ready by that time. Hotel check-ins happen at 12 but we got the room at 1:30. In two rooms, washroom don’t have lock from inside. One room was smelling very badly, then next day they changed the room. Also in make my trip hotel name was viv stay but in actual it was sallow grand. Overall a very bad experience for all of us.

Very very bad experience not interested to visit again not even serve the breakfast after taking breakfast charges. No hot water very veer dirty room even hotel was different and if sallow grand not viv stay very worst experience. I recommend mmt to verify this hotel. And if possible give me my fund back. I will going to write blog on it and reviews about hotel and mmt as well. Take a action again this.

Guys not booked this hotel because hotel sevices very poor and not room not comfortable, no any water botal glass available in room washroom not good water tap break and tap handle also break-ed healthflusit not working no hot water in washroom no room keys available.

Poor service, daily not clean room, foods supply is bad.
