Very poor experience this hotel

bad experience building are damaged. toilet is not clean.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the room I was provided. The room was extremely dirty, with visible dust everywhere. which was very disturbing. The bathroom was in an appalling state – so filthy that I did not feel safe using it due to fear of contracting diseases. The commode, jug, flush, and bucket looked like poorly maintained items you'd find in a neglected government hospital. This experience was far below any acceptable standard, and I am shocked that such a property. I feel let down both by the hotel management this hotel without proper quality checks. I have taken multiple photographs of the condition of the room and am prepared to share them as evidence. This situation is completely unacceptable. I urge you to take strict action against the hotel for its poor hygiene and also reconsider the listing to ensure future travelers do not go through a similar experience.

Good and sustained. 1- good communication. By staffs 2- behaviour and nature by okay 3- parking area is okay 4- drinking water is available there. 5- guiding to tourist places.

Very dirty rooms, there too much cacroches, rats and much more.really bad experience Also this is hospital aid rooms. So sad.
