Poor Stay
1. Room and washroom were not cleaned properly. 2. Set top box was not charged/working. 3. When we checked in, then they give us 2 bottles of water and a tetrapack of juice, saying it is complimentary, but when we make checked out they give us a bill which included that. 4. We had to remind 3 time and wait for 1 hour for getting morning tea, even cups and tray, in which they were serving tea was unhigenic. 5. When my son ring them for breakfast they told they can serve breakfast in rooms and give option for toast or sandwich only, my son ordered toast, after eating breakfast when we go downstairs and i complained why there is no menu for breakfast, then they told me that you can order breakfast from menu but you have to come to downstairs, while my son told me that they did not told this earlier. 6. They provided unwashed blanket without cover, when i complained that there is no balnket cover, they told that there is no blanket cover.

Average Stay
It was a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. Receptionist and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff also was good. The customer service was very cooperative and very good hospitality. Was very welcoming which was very nice. The food quality was very good and service also

Poor Stay
Food is average property located at hussainpura. Room are so close to each other like if someone walks infront of your door you can hear. Hot water has specified timing like i stayed between 9. 00 pm to 4:00 am. Checked out early for flight. But no hot water available during that time. Heaters are available on rent.

Very bad hotel
Low level hotel. Not having any amenities. Dirty floor. Smelling. Coachraches. No hot water geyser available. Not to suggest any one. Advice make my trip to block this hotel

Food and hygiene
Food quality was below average, hygiene was not proper, location is very good. They are extra charging for food material as service charge while having it in their hotel booking.

During checkin staff ask u for welcome drink & guide u for all amenities of hotel. Value for money parking space good elevator spacious lobby & ventilation all around well maintained rooms

Room service is very bad tv not working nand not even couple friendly there maximum bachelor's are having fun. Very less people are staying there not even near to the market

Value for money, good stay
It was a wonderful experience of staying in amritsar inn hotel. Food quality is awesome & rooms is spacious neat clean. Location very near too all sightseeing of amritsar.

Hotel stay is not good as per terrific
The bed is not comfortable, the bedsheet is smelled, washbasin leakage, no lift for the third floor, overall it is very bad.

Poor stay
Its very bad experience in this hotel. Unreasonable all staff. Nonsense rules. Very bad break fast. Water go jar is also stop. No clean bathroom. No clean bed sheet. I told his manager about this bedsheet. But no any response and he tell me that in we don't give you anything.
