Good in Cleanliness, Nice Staff, Location is 10 minutes walking distance from Golden Temple, Food we didn't try, A/c was in good condition, Toiletries were provided properly, Overall a good experience 👍

it is genuinely nearby the Golden Temple, allowing for easy and quick access. We were able to participate in the early morning Palki Sahib ceremony effortlessly. Beyond the location, the service is good throughout the property. Housekeeping was prompt. Everything felt well-maintained and efficiently managed. ​A major highlight was the in-house travel assistance. They provide nearby tours at good rates, which saved us the hassle of bargaining with external operators.

The overall experience of stay was good. We had booked it through MMT for one night. We were group of 10 family members. Rooms were clean with clean linen and blankets. For the price paid hotel was worth. They offered us towels and basic toiletries along with water bottle. Blankets were too heavy for the season but if you can use ac with heavy blankets then it won’t be an issue. Hot water was available. Staff was courteous. Overall good stay.

Location is good, cleaning is very poor

We reached there in time and they (even the owner) treated us as guest in true sense. Cleanliness, service, local tour arrangement were praiseworthy. Behaviour and safety, specially a tour with family member matters, found in all respect commendable. If I go there again, no doubt this site will be my primary choice.

Good stay with few points to improve like right condition of the intercom , atleast 1 more table for work and chair for sitting.

Good hotel , great location , best service

my check-in was from 12:30 pm but I paid extra ₹ 1300 for early check-in. I asked the hotel management whether it was possible for 2-3 hours advance check-in, but they said they are not sure about it. So I booked the room from previous day and paid the balance to the hotel management directly so that they kept my room empty from the day before. After check-in I found the room they told to give was different and it was untidy, electricity fault as well as foul smell was coming from the bathroom. After complaining them for several times for electricity fault, they eventually changed the room, and now the room which was provided was the actual room which was told by them. So the problems faced my us for 7-8 hours after paying extra is a really bad experience.

Experience was average. Wifi was not up despite asking hotel staff multiple times. Service was very slow, 45 mins just to get the tea. Cleanliness in rooms and hotel was good. Rooms are large and have ample space.

The location is on the backside of the temple.Its a 5 minutes walk.You can easily walk to the Jallianwana wala bagh .overall it was a pleasant stay..
