Staff were very courteous and helpfull. Rooms were clean.good ambience

Hotel was good we had a great time

toilet is worst .There was no zed shower fitted in commode, very difficult to handle. Room service was not good due to lack of manpower.

Wanted to have a taste of the menu as displayed but the hotel canteen closed a bit too early at 9 pm. Upon inquiry, hotel receptionist replied that food was too bad to serve, so they intentionally avoided. Secondly, Room was too congested for a double bedded facility. Otherwise, service was friendly.

Clean bathrooms, soft towels, and good water pressure everything was perfect. The check-in process was quick and smooth, no waiting time at all. We got a great view from our balcony ,loved it.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location, just 10 minutes from the Golden Temple and railway station. The staff’s politeness and attention to detail really stood out.

The front desk was helpful in arranging local tours and cab services. Food quality was great, though breakfast could have a few more options. Nice, peaceful environment perfect for families and couples.

The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Rooms were neat, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to the main attractions, which saved us a lot of travel time.

Cleaning issue, Room not clean & also I said change pillow covers but not changed.. it's too much dirty.... but don't change anymore... washroom dirty...

worst stay ...they took double charge from me even I paid during online booking from the app they said they not received money I have to pay again or either they will not let me go from hotel I was made to pay double and even just for 15 min delay for check out on next day they charged 500 fine ...food was to costly and not good taste... pathetic stay of life ...

Very bad experience

service is very slow, rooms small, wash room not clean, breakfast was only butter toast and for dinner they provided local tiffin and ac were switched off every morning around 5am

The stay at Hotel Rosewood was very disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathrooms were not clean at all. We had chosen this hotel because the listing on MMT mentioned a family room with 2 double beds, but we did not get that. The bedsheets were torn and looked like they hadn’t been changed for a long time. Overall, a very poor experience and not worth the money.

The stay was nice, but the room also good perfect because of walking distance from Amritsar Railway station
