Here I am sharing my horrible experience. I booked a classic room for two days (specifically 15th August &16th August) I paid almost a week before that. I even called them directly, they knew it very clearly when I will be reaching , how long will I stay etc. I was about to reach around 11 pm on 15th, due to some issues I reached on 4 am 16th August , which I even informed them. They were okay with it. When I reached there, they told me no rooms were available. I paid for it earlier still they didn't allot a room. I called the person . I don't remember his name properly, most Probably Honey.He didn't pick up. I tried multiple times still didn't. There was an aged person sitting on the reception, he told us to wait till 7 am. Someone will check out around 7 am and they will allot us that room. From 4 am till 8 am we waited in their reception, still didn't get any room. I was very frustrated at that moment. I again called that man ,Honey, that time he picked up and then I told him to return my money and I will get a room somewhere else. He started saying he will return within 2-3 businessdays. After a lot of arguments he finally returned the money. So this was my experience.
