Review Of Om BnB Heritage Walk

first of all there was no staff in the hotel except two people that too receptionist s, secondly the rooms were untidy and much smaller as compared to the picture shown before booking, the washroom was also very dirty and the handle was alo broken. they(the hotel staff) without asking us kept on switching off the main MCB of the Ac's 2-3 times. there was also a mouse in 1 of the rooms that was not caught by the hotel staff even after complaining. I booked the hotel because the rating was 4.5 but I am hurt by MMT that they gave this hotel 4.5 Star rating which it does not deserve at all . regards

Location was the best to choose the hotel to visit Amritsar Gold Temple.Clean room,room service available.

location and interior design behaviour of staff are good but food are expensive .it will more bette about hygiene

Excellent place to stay near the Golden Temple. The easy access to the local market made our stay so very nice. It is purely because of our stay in this hotel that we could explore the thriving market and eateries of Amritsar. The hotel is neat and well maintained as the committed team are ensuring high standards of hospitality. A nice place for family stay and we really would like to stay here often.
