no received pickup or no water bottle room room cleaning late not dustbin screen clean up

good stay here near golden temple and bus stand neat and clean rooms and food was awesome ........ ......... ....

wonderful staf comfortable beds we experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere i stayed in king room allover food staff cleanliness are upto mark. staff is very helpful to guide you everything.

The rooms were a bit smelly but the staff was very helpful and good they sorted our issues within minutes. Also they very kindly prepared jain breakfast for us, which was quite a great gesture.

Room was not clean. Previous people hairs on bed

Bad experience. Extra charger of dirty bed sheet. Reception madam is very rudely

As i have ringed up they called me at shallow international hotel(not shallow premium) they told both hotels are same. As i checked in around 10 pm children's were tired i had taken room no 115 bed sheet & quilt were dirty, though they changed after request, shower was not working. Address which given at your sight is the address of shallo international, please correct it.

The lift in the hotel was not in working condition and the room was on the fourth floor. There was no provision for carrying the luggage. Also the rooms were very dirty and unhygienic.

Tv not working, water felling from wash basin, dinner was pathetic. Room service was also poor, they have just one waiter for hotel

The same hotel is registered on mm t with two names. There is a board with a name shallow international. Hotel staff was not aware about of shallow premium name and booking. It created a lot of confusion. Its an everage hotel.

Room are not clean, bed sheet dirty, blanket is dirty, smelly room.

Easily located the place. Service was good, customer dealing was great. Somehow i find less clealiness. Overall gud experience visiting hotel.

A family of 6 stayed at the hotel with two rooms 3 persons each. Bed in the rooms were big enough to accommodate three, washrooms also neat. But rooms were small and cramped with minimum ventilation. Bedsheet and towel quality need to improve. Breakfast variety needs to improve. Set up tv was not recharged and even on complaining did not do anything about it. Overall a manageable hotel nearby Golden Temple and bus stop. Easily accessible to transports.

For people visiting Amritsar, Hotel Sallow Premium is a good choice for its location. It is convenient to reach all the places in the city very easily from this hotel. The room was nice but was stinking. The washroom was clean and the number of staff was not enough to provide service to a number of guests. The area surrounding the hotel was quite peaceful which I loved.

Hotel rooms are good and neat not clean newly built and hygienic cleaned rooms and washrooms.

Toilets not clean, bed sheets unwashed, rooms smelling. Telephone in room not working properly. Even when I informed hotel before reaching at hotel but still room was not ready, bad management at hotel. Staff behavior good. Staff started cleaning even at night 10 pm.
